Coverado customer service is well beyond what anybody could expect from a company. They are prompt and courteous and they go out of their way to provide their customers with the best buying experience they could have. I would recommend coverado to friends and family. If you're looking for high quality seat covers and amazing customer service you will be thrilled with coverado.

How great is it cover? Still, look well and good for the back. Seat covers. I realized that they do not cover the entire seeds, and many people expect it too, but the images clearly show that it doesn't. So I was prepared for that. And I would have loved if it covered the entire seat, but it doesn't, so I'm satisfied with what I got customer service had been really helpful. At some point the shipment at some point got rerouted and back to the warehouse, which delayed when I wanted to install them. But the seat covers are great, and they offered me a partial refund for the trouble.So that was nice. Responses to emails can be slow.

These are good fitting and look so nice. One piece arrived with a broken clip. The support was quick to reply and sent a whole new piece for me. They even reached back out to confirm that the replacement was the right piece, material, and color for my needs! Love it

I ordered seat covers that specified that they fit my car. Unfortunately, they do not. The back covers do not fit at all, and the front covers fit when rigged up by myself and my husband (using supplies not provided). The front covers have been continuously slipping off in the few weeks that I’ve had them, so they really don’t fit either. I asked for a refund or partial refund and customer service offered a $6 refund. I asked for as much as possible and they just stopped responding and never refunded anything. They did confirm that the seat covers, despite advertisement saying otherwise, do not fit my car. Would never recommend! Scam artists and terrible customer service that do not care about their customers or providing accurate information on their website.

In response to the comment so that everyone knows, I did purchase directly on the Coverado store and that email address is the one I used to get assistance and unfortunately received none. I’ll try again.

At first I was a little skeptical when I saw this site on Facebook about a year ago. A few days ago my co-work of mine had purchased some new seat covers. I asked him where did h get them from. He sent me the link from tik tok once I open up link I was familiar with the site. So anyhow I made my first purchase. I just bought the two front seats for my Volvo c30 All I can say is I'm amazed. I showed a buddy of mine's yesterday after installing the two he's made a purchase the same day

being the owner of a pre-owned car lot i buy a lot of vehicles from the local auto auctions and a lot of them show real wear on the seat fabric so i find this company to supply a beautiful high quality seat cover thats a lot cheaper than re-upholstering the interior giving them a whole new look to the inside of the vehicles i retail

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They will send you seat covers that do not fit, AND YOU will be responsible for paying to ship them back. This will cost over $150.00. Customer service is in China so your emails will only be answered once daily. There is no phone number or person to speak with. This company has a 2.5 rating for a reason. Do not fall victim for the cheap price like I did. I am trying to warn you so you dont make the same mistake that I made buying from this terrible company.

Was sent the wrong seat covers and told i needed to pay the shipping expense to send them back. Their customer service only responds once daily by email and there is no phone number. DO NOT BUY THESE SEAT COVERS. Your overall experience will be miserable. You pay their cheap price, you get cheap product and cheap customer service. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Very fast delivery and 2 front seats to Nissan truck fit like a glove. I was a bit shocked the truck took on an elegant look and very comfortable to sit on

While the product seemed like it was of good quality, it wouldn't work on the front seat of my 2024 Ford Ranger. When I tried to return I was told return shipping wasn't included. So for a $100 seat cover it would have cost $50 to return. I didn't get anywhere with their customer service. Do not buy unless you do research and ensure it will fit your vehicle.

They shipped me a product that doesn't work for my car. Took days to respond to my return request, and added that I could keep the product for a partial refund. I was thrilled. Then they took several days to respond to me asking how much they could do. They offered 10%. Insulting. I would rather have money back than pay 90% purchase price for car seats that don't fit my vehicle. They finally give me the return address. Oh wait, these geniuses sent this 20 lb package in separate shipments and now it will be $70 (over half what I paid) to return them. What a waste of my money and time spent dealing with something that could have been taken care of by any other car seat company during a 5minute phone call (oh yeah, they only respond to customers via email, and take several days to respond, and when they do it's a new person who will respond in a different way and act confused because their reading comprehension is 10 grades lower or higher than the person dealing with you before). Beware, there might as well be no resolution team for this company. It's just a return policy operated by part time "can't be bothered" mix of bots and people who don't know about their own product.

The seat covers didn’t fit and they won’t do a return! Don’t buy.

I ordered seat covers from the website, did not get a confirmation, reciept, or any communication from the seller. I was charged the full amount via PayPal same day I made the order. Tried to contact them via thier website and it doesn't work (errors upon clicking on submit). Also, thier support email is inoperable (Gmail keeps sending me undelivered email messages).

Also amount charged was changed by seller increasing it by about $13 with no explanation. Shipping should be free and taxes should not be this much.

Here I am 5 days later wondering if the seat covers will ever come.

Not sure what to do at this moment to be honest.

Order placed on 12/13/2025 paid in full.
Label created 12/14/25. Today is 12/17/2025 and the package still has not been received by carrier FIVE DAYS LATER. NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET.

This is an update to a previous bad review. The bad review was due to a seat cover that didn't fit and lack of communications. Since then Coverado has reached out to me, apologized and explained that they were short staffed and there was some staffing turnovers at the time. They are also sending me a heated seat cover at no cost to make up for the return shipping I needed to pay. So all in all Coverado did come through and stood behind their product.

I want to thank you for solving the issue of missing parts with my purchase. I was able to reach out through email and receive a great response. So far I'm loving my seat covers. Keep up the good work.

Got a set of Coverado pink seat covers for my 2022 Kia K5 gt line. Love them so much!!! Because my car is also pink. Perfect color match!

There is no customer service to speak of. Misrepresentation as to 'ship' dates, etc. 4 days since ordered seat cover set and Logistics Co. STILL has not rec'd the package even though the MFG says 'shipped on 06/26'....
