Custom fit is a lie. Asks you what specifically your putting it on, and then sends you a cover that's 3x the size it should be. Complete lie.

Beware of this company! This warranty is an empty promise! I would give them "zero" star if possible.
Their product is generic (even though they ask for car make and model). It doesn't fit well. Their customer service post fulfillment is terrible!
I placed the order and I placed on the car securely based on their very sparse instructions. I left on my trip for 3 days. When I returned the cover was almost entirely off the car. I called them and asked to issues a return merchandise authorization based on their "No hassle 30 days return/exchange policy". They refused to honor their policy even though it is well within their 30 days return policy.
They ask for make model of your car, but the cover is generic and doesn't fit the car well.
It advertises 5 layers being waterproof and durable. It is not waterproof and is very thin.
Try a different vendor. It is unlikely you could make a worse choice than this company. False advertising and meaningless warrantee.

I bought a car cover from this American company, but I'm disappointed. It has dangling straps with plastic clips which I'm concerned could scratch the car. I cut them off. The cover arrives folded with the elastic bottom ends on the inside of the fold, making it necessary to spread the cover out and rearrange it before the first installation. There is no marking of front or back, so I had to figure that out for myself. Looking at the material, I doubt it would hold up during harsh weather conditions.
This company has taken over $250 almost $300 from me and will not give me my shipping or the money back for the product not delivered. The customer service agent had no empathy and is not doing anything to rectify the situation. The google reviews I believe are false and from employees. I have submitted a BBB review and to expose them I am willing to contact legal action.

This company has been the worst company
I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in every way imaginable. I bought a cover from them in March of 2025 with a 5 year warranty and in January of 2026 it had literally disintegrated. Since you can NEVER reach anyone I sent them pictures detailing the condition of totally useless cover. I requested a refund of my money. Their response was they would send another cover for another charge which amounted to about 50 percent of what I originally paid . Why would I want another useless cover from these scam artists and pay them again. It was also a terrible fitting cover unlike their advertisement. I will be reporting this to the States Attorney for the obvious fraud they are perpratating.

Returns are very costly. They charged me a restocking fee of $15.75 for an ATV lightweight cover plus $29 in USPS shipping charges. I spent $79. There is no customer service. It's all done via email, and no one responded to my last email. While I didn't open the cover, the box smelled like chemicals. I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Terrible product. Terrible company.
Cover soaked through on the first real rain of the season. Company refused a refund, despite their “satisfaction guarantee.” Instead just offered me a discount towards buying a second, equally terrible cover from them. Their “warranty” is a joke that should tell you everything you need to know about their own faith in their product.
Learn from my mistakes. Stay away.

I just had my 62 birthday, on December 19, and I've had my share of good and bad car covers, but this was the worst, especially when it came to figuring out where the attachments goes and how everything is suppose to fit. This cover doesn't come close to a smug fit, like it was advertised. Its size doesn't appear to been made to fit my Lexus NX 200t Sport.
They were closed for the Holidays today. I have no alternatives but to return ASAP for a refund before it begins to freeze with hail, here in NC. I'm upset and irritated but I will listen to their explanation objectively.

My product was late which forced me to purchase elsewhere. While part of the delay was on FedEx, they were also responsible for not adhering to their 3-day delivery. I sent back an unopened product but they refused to waive a 20% restock fee and over $30 return shipping label. And NO, offering me additional discounts on your lame product was not satisfactory! This is why Amazon dominates and I will continue to purchase through them.

3 months of use and the cover is completely faded and torn. The color also bled through and stained the carpet of my boat. Junk product and even worse customer service!

I have purchased countless covers. This cover, I had a warranty issue. I have been waiting for help. I submitted all their paperwork and photos and have not received help. Today after over 2 months of waiting, I get an email from Summer, stating "sorry, we'll get to that as soon as possible. Horrible customer service. BUYER beware, shop elsewhere, they do not stand by their products and they don't honor their warranty. Update April 2026: yes...changes have been made with their customer service and I was able to get a replacement last month. It took a couple of years, but atleast they are improving and made things right!!

The boat cover I purchased faded to Pepto pink and the fabric had disintegrated to the point of failure after two seasons. The "warranty" department said this was "normal" and there was nothing they could do. Run don't walk away from this disreputable company.
