Quality of material is great. I would say work on color matching better. When you open door make sure it covers whole side of seat that way color difference isn't noticeable when door is opened. Other then that great quality and will think about ordering for second row.

The quality of the material was seems…

The quality of the material seems to be made well. The covers were not an exact fit. The headrest covers were too small and the Velcro won’t reach. The install came with metal hooks that were supposed to attach to a bar underneath my seats. I don’t have any bars underneath my seats.

i am disappointed with this cover

i am disappointed with this cover. it was advertised as waterproof and it is not. I covered my car expecting rain. We got a small rain shower (not heavy rain). I had covered my car that night and uncovered it the following morning and found that i had water where the stripe seams are!

Seat covers are for a 996 Porsche

Seat covers are for a 996 Porsche. They are not custom fit, that is a load of bull. The back release levers on the sides of the seat to lean them forward aren't even close to the holes that are made in the back cover. The bottoms are an improper fit due to the fasteners that are supposed to attach the elastic loops and the hooks ( they are way short on the hooks - those plastic items wont reach anything so the seat bottoms slide forward and expose the original factory leather. I am gonna remove the seats from the car so I can make something that will work. Also not leather.

Nice looking cover

Nice looking cover, fits well, nice heavy materials but it is not very waterproof and seems to trap moisture. Maybe I misunderstood that this cover was appropriate for outdoor storage?
Update: Coverland has reached out with an offer to replace the cover at no charge. I am impressed with this company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction and will give it another shot!

Purchased new rear seat covers for ford…

Purchased new rear seat covers for ford 2025 f150 xlt. Absolutely no help from company. Called them 20 times no answer. The covers do not fit this truck seats. They will not answer. I would not purchase anything from this lousy company.

UPDATE:
Within less than 24 hours of leaving reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and BBB, Coverland did indeed issue a full refund, apparently acknowledging their error and poor customer service. A manager attempted to call my husband 3 times. When my husband finally spoke with him, he alerted us to the refund and then offered monetary incentives and/or products to increase our review rating or remove the review entirely. With all the headache and time wasted attempting to get our money back, compensation was appealing. However, we declined it several times stating all we've wanted this entire time was the refund they offered us. Not to mention, per Google, "Offering discounts, money, or free goods/services in exchange for a review—or to remove a negative review—is prohibited". We feel customers deserve to be able to rely on accurate, honest, and fair reviews to make decisions about merchants and purchases. Who knows how many other reviews may have been deleted or unjustly modified because of such behavior? Therefore, our review and rating remain. Coverland could have avoided all this by accurately advertising, providing authentic and helpful customer service, and honoring their promise. They had the opportunity to issue the full refund they offered prior to us opening a PayPal case as well as prior to any reviews being left.

BUYER BEWARE
Fraudulent company. False advertising. Poor customer service.
Purchased "guaranteed perfect fit" seat covers for 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor. After hours of work attempting this "easy" install, realized they just did not fit. Period. Upon calling, Coverland rep said they could send us different models to try and find one that might fit. Come to find out, after scanning codes on box, we were sent F150 seat covers because they didn't have Bronco Raptor ones. Not the same seat shape. Communicated back and forth with Coverland attempting to resolve issue. They agreed to "authorize a 100% refund" "immediately to resolve this issue." Further instructed us "no return neccessary" and to "keep, donate, or dispose of" the wrong seat covers, likely because they seemed cheaply made and not of high quality leather as advertised. We agreed to this by replying to Coverlands response multiple times. NO response and NO refund! Required to open a PayPal claim before finally receiving word from Coverland stating they could now no longer issue a refund because a claim had been initiated. RED FLAG. Unfortunately, not knowing how to navigate PayPal, we opened the "wrong type" of case and thus the original case and our appeal were both denied. The company even waited until the very last hours to acknowledge PayPal, both times! This company promised a full refund but had no intention of following through. What a SCAM! Paid for a falsely advertised item that we can't even use. We've lost (they've stolen) our money and have no seat covers. Would NEVER recommend this company! Don't even deserve 1 star. Coverland offered a full refund, an offer they NEVER fulfilled.

Quality covers for a 2019 Outback

Ordered covers for a 2019 Outback. Product appears to be well made with thoughtful touches, like the front pockets. Seemed to easy to install, but everything fits and the covers remain in place. Covers look nice and closely match my interior. These will add years to the life of my seats and I have no real complaints. I am a little concerned the bottoms do not fit well with the rails, but so far it has not been a problem. As currently, nothing is wrong, they are comfortable, and they fit, I must give them 5-stars

Review

The quality of the material is very good. The fit is more like an awkward glove: the front seat covers do not totally cover the back corners. It would be nice if the rear headrest covers were like the front ones. The backseat center pull down to hold drinks will not work without taking things apart -you would think that there is enough technology out there to remedy that, but most sites I have checked do not. I will keep these as my original seats do need the protection that is offered.

Okay covers

Update: 4/3/25
Coverland addressed the issues. My wife had already done all of the modifications. They issued a partial refund. I think they want to stand behind their product. I hope they work on the design issues. The material does seem to be sturdy. Our dogs haven't made even the slightest scratch on these seatcovers. I've updated the rating from 2 stars to 4. Because of the effort that was made by Coverland.

Another update: 3/26/26

After 1 week, no response to my emails. Changing the review to 2 stars. Just for my wife having to fix these issues. My wife already modified the seat bottoms. Total cost so far; $12.00. We don't really need any correspondence from Coverland, as the modifications my wife can do. Just make sure to read the Coverland 1 and 2 star reviews here on Trustpilot. Im going to also post a review on Google. Better to be prepared than to be disappointed with theses seat covers. And then be stuck with them.

These seatcovers are for a 2018 4 door Jeep Wrangler JKU. For the cost, these seatcovers are ok. Material looks good. Front seats are covered completely. Look good. Definitely need to address bottom seat fitment. Seat cover is loose around corners of the seat. You have to adjust the covers everytime you get in or out of the Jeep. This is already tiresome and we've only had them on for about a week. You cannot adjust tension for these seatcovers. The covers should have straps front to back and also side to side. Our old Coverking seat covers came pull straps with buckle clips that never came loose. My wife is an experienced seamstress and is going to modify the seatcovers. The front seat bottoms are definitely not custom. We think they are using a basic template for the 2018 Wranglers, both JK and JL. For the 2018 Wranglers , JK's were produced for the 1st half of the year and JL for the 2nd half of the year. Totally different seats for each model. The seat bottom covers have the correct shape. But are too big around the front corners of the seat bottom. So the corners hang over the side of the seat like belly flab. Now for the rear "seatcovers". Our rear seat is a 60/40 split seat. The seat bottoms don't cover the entire seat. The seat back covers are just a flat mat. There is no coverage on the back of the seat. The headrest covers are just a flap. 6 pieces total for the rear seat. With velcro to secure center sections. Again, the Coverking seatcovers. 4 pieces. No issues folding the rear seats. The Coverland seatcovers will require us to remove the headrest flap to allow the headrest to fold back to lower the seat forward. And, unstrap the elastic band that holds the seat back cover on. And, remove the velcro center pieces. We won't be able to utilize the split seat function if we don't do all the above mentioned steps. For $355, not a bad purchase. If they hold up. Time will tell. I'm already looking at used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon leather seats or Katskins leather seat covers.

Fitment issues

I bought a full front and Rear set of their Seat covers for my 2017 Camaro SS convertible. I had fitment issues with the front covers. After talking to Coverland, I finally got the front covers on. Because of the issues, Coverland offered me a full refund and also to keep the covers that were sent. I did not take the refund as I managed to get the front covers on( Haven't gotten to the rear cover yet)..Coverland does make a good cover and I will get a set of them for my 2019 Silverado later

CSM saved the review

This review is for my most recent purchase on March 10, 2026. I received my order in a timely manner and item was well packaged. When I pulled them out of the box there was a strong non leather smell. After airing them out, I went to install the front seat covers for my specified vehicle. The bottoms were way too small and the backs were too large. I took photos and sent them to Coverland customer service. My response from them was received at 145am. They requested the information that I had already sent them. They then advised they would send my information to the "design team" for proper fitting.
I now have received a response that they will replace the bottom sections only, but they are currently "sold out" and there will be a 3 month wait. There was nothing regarding the back of the seat covers.
I have used this company before and that order had to be fixed by the owner. His customer service is what made me order again. I am now waiting on the return label and refund.
Update...I was contacted and asked if I would accept a 25% refund and I can keep the product. Why would I pay for a "custom fit" product that doesn't fit my vehicle?
UPDATE** A customer service manager has reached out to me and is working diligently on fixing this issue. I have have received a retun label and a promise of refund. I have amended the stars to a 3, only due to the CSM reaching out and working with me AND addressing the issue, not a canned response. The one thing I will say positive about the seat covers is that they did match my cars interior color and the design looked very nice. I truly wish that they had fit my car!
