Found a job in under 2 months. Tho when I did, I had to email to cancel, which was weird, but they did it the same day so no big deal.

Would've been nice to have a .doc file option, but I figured out I can make changes right on the site before saving it. Not a big deal. Took a moment to catch on, but it's working well now.

Immediate cover letter
I had an issue where I needed a cover letter for an immediate situation. I only paid to receive the letter but did not want a monthly charge for a product that I wouldn't need anymore.
This company handled my request and were extremely courteous in so doing.
If a similar situation would arise in the future I would not hesitate to use their service.

I loved it at first
I loved it at first. Had great letters generated but after 4 letters the site stopped generating letters. I cleared my cache and restarted but the site still doesn't generate any letters. My emails have not gotten responses yet either. Do better Coverly and fix your buggy site!

Didn't want to pay, but the cheapest plan for just $2 a week was perfect for my situation. I was just testing the waters, applying here and there, and it gave me unlimited letters to do that.

It worked well, but had some trouble downloading my PDF at first. Nick from support fixed it quick, so no big deal. Would be nice to have a .doc download option tho.
