Once again I have had excellent service, every year I have my boiler serviced by Colin and his team. They always do a first class job and are polite and well mannered. It was Cowley services that installed our boiler and I am so glad we chose them. I would highly recommend these guys if you want a first class job doing.

Adam & Jack from Cowley Heating Services did an amazing job replacing the shower enclosure in my ensuite bathroom and fixing the shower enclosure in my main bathroom. In addition, they were polite, on time and tidied up each day.

We recently moved to Great Notley in July and the first day realised we had no hot water. After nervously scrolling websites looking for a trusted local Plumber, I came across Colin and he immediately came to our rescue and we had hot water by the end of the following day. A couple of other teething problems cropped up (broken integral toilet flush, radiator needing relocating up the wall and then whole heating system needed new TRVs and flush through - all assessed by Colin and his Team immediately, booked in and rectified with ease. Adam & Jack working tirelessly all day long to rectify the heating system and even coming back the next day to 'tweak' the air out and rebalance again to a very satisfactory result. Colin and his Team are very professional, trustworthy, prompt with timings and nothings any bother. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone for their plumbing needs. Thanks Guys! Colin and his team expertly installed a boiler for us; they were very hard working (8-6 with barely a break), fully flushing the heating system and making sure all was tested and working before they left (and even returning next day to finish a bit of plastering). They overcame a few thorny design challenges where old and new boilers didn’t match as well (which included rerouting the flue and Colin did a great joinery job to ensure new boiler could remain fitted inside original cupboard). Their charges were reasonable and as final costs matched their quotation. They also cleaned up afterwards extremely well.

We’d very much recommend Cowley to anyone who needs any sort of heating work done.

Colin visited and was very informative to help me choose a new gas boiler. There was no pressure to buy through him and he gives a fair quote in comparison to one of the Big Companies that also quoted. Then he fitted it promptly and left absolutely no mess and came back the next day to make sure all was well. A nice guy too and good to deal with.

Many thanks to Colin, Adam and Jack for completely replacing my hot water cylinder and removing the massive water tanks from my loft.
The water pressure, most noticeably in the showers, as well as everywhere else, has dramatically improved along with not having to run off a gallon or so before the water starts to get hot. A very professional and high quality service from initial advice to job completion was maintained throughout the whole process. For anything to do with my plumbing or heating I wouldn’t use anyone else.
I cannot recommend Colin and his team highly enough.
