It took a month to get my blouse from China
It took a month to get my blouse. When it came in, the shirt should have been an embroidered t shirt as advertised. It was a print of the embroidered shirt. I wanted to return it but the shipping would be $22 and $13 customs which was more than the original price. Do not buy from cowqueen.

Another unsatisfied customer
Placed an order February 3rd for t-shirts, earrings and necklace. Only received the earrings 3 weeks after order was placed. Emailed to inquire on the rest of my order. Response received was to be patient a while longer and that some of my order had shipped. When I asked what else shipped and when, the response back was to continue to be patient. I have requested my order to be cancelled and refund my money. From what I’ve been reading, it appears this is a scam and not a real company. Don’t purchase from Cowqueenchic.

TOTAL misrepresentation of product. Ordered a tailored looking red jacket and received a very poorly made light pink jacket. Made out of something appearing to be raincoat material. very very disappointed as the online photo was adorable.

Company is perpetrating Fraud
Their ad came across my FB feed with the picture of a coat that I had seen on another account. I thought what the heck I'll do some research. Here I am seeing the company (as I thought was probably the case) is located in CHINA. HERE'S THE THING - direct from the ad on FB - it states: "Made in TEXAS. Rebuild Texas Together. After the floods, to every one of you who stood with Texas - we thank you. We made these gorgeous Texas-vibe western clothing, and priced it lower than ever - not to make a profit, but to make a statement. Every piece sold helps reshape the beauty of Texas? I am reporting this site as false and misleading to FB but people should BEWARE - you'll probably be lucky if you get the product ordered at all and it definitely will not be as advertised!!!

If I had a choice to give it zero stars, that’s what I’d give. I placed an order on July 3. July 13 no update to my order other than it was in processing. I contacted them on July 13 via their email address with a response that said they’re working on it. July 21 still no Progress on my order when I clicked on the review my order button it says that that page is no longer found. I will be filing a complaint through the service I paid for it with don’t waste your money.

The quality is terrible. Cheap fabric. Design just printed on. Sizing way off. Ordered small. Sized large. Forget getting a refund. They want you to send the product back to China. Offered me 20% and keep item. After $32. Got $6 back. And have something to go to thrift shop. Stay away from this company.

FAKE CLOTHING
This fake company uses a real catelog and makes fake clothing of the real clothes in the catelog.
This fraudulent company sends clothes they make up to try to resemble real clothes but just use images of the real clothes.
I ordered empire waist dresses that came as huge balloon dresses. I ordered embroidered pants and got pants with images of embroidery - fake embroidery. I ordered a shirt with fringe from the catelog and got a shirt with an image of fringe.
NONE OF THE CLOTHES FIT, ARE AS CHEAPLY MADE AS YOU CAN GET, ARE FAKE CLOTHES AND YOU CANT GET AHOLD OF THE COMPANY TO RETURN THE UGLY FAKE CLOTHES AND GET MY MONEY BACK!!! MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is non existent. The replies to the reviews are generic. No phone number. I cannot get updates on my order status and from the reviews, I think I’m going to be eating a $500.00 loss. I will never order from a Facebook company again, definitely not Cowqueenchics. I will be reporting them to fb and BBB. The company should be ashamed to be lying about their service and products. What a rip off! I ordered back in March and order said 8-12 days shipping. All that I can find is that my order is Unfulfilled!

I placed an order on the 25th of Jan Order No. 8195 and the order remains unfulfilled. I have had no update if I am going to receive the order nor the email address they provide service @ cowqueenchics . com is undeliverable and every email is bouncing back and identified as undeliverable. They have my money and I have not received my order. I would not recommend purchasing from this company and trust that they will respond to this review. I note all their responses on this site have been generic and exactly the same. This may just be a scam!

I ordered a shirt
I ordered a shirt, and it's so cheaply made. The material is so stiff and you can see through it. I sent 2 emails about returning it, and they want me to ship it to China for a refund. I have to pay for shipping. It costs almost as much as the shirt.

Fit very small. Terrible fabric. You get nothing near what you pay for. Only keeping one of approximately 10 items. Would not recommend!

The poorest quality products ever!
The poorest quality products I have ever purchased! The shirts material was like cardboard. It looked like a little kid took a piece of fabric and tried to make a shirt of a pattern for the first time. I placed my order and didn't receive it for over a month. The pictures on the website are NOT what you receive, so don't be fooled. Total scam job!
