Ordered a credenza from them. It arrived 3 months after I ordered it and came broken. They refused to provide any type of refund or replacement parts. They offered a 10% store credit, but I would not order from them again as the experience was horrible.

Ordered in February, still do not have it and customer service has been useless.

Even paid for the white gloves service, means nothing clearly.

I regret buying anything off this company, if you have any sense of self preservation, buy from somewhere else.

Update: Still do not have my goods, can not get a date and time on when they will be and they have the gall to say this "However, please believe that we are here to address any concerns you may have"

This is after waiting for 6 days to get a response to why I am still chasing up the good I paid for, over 3 months ago.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Despite my initial concerns based on other reviews, the items I purchased from Cozymatic did eventually arrive, albeit with a longer-than-expected wait. The company maintained communication through email and provided shipping updates, which helped alleviate some of my worries. When the package finally arrived, I found my beautiful side table in excellent condition, thanks to the sturdy packaging. The table's design and quality exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from Cozymatic, despite the extended shipping time.

The side table I ordered from cozymatic is exactly what I expected and the quality is good. It took a quite some time to arrive so take that into account when ordering. Luckily I didn't need it urgently.

Firstly they delivered the furniture in a crate and the delivery person would not bring it to the front door. It was over 40 kgs. All the drawers were all mis-aligned. Their idea to fix it was to send me an instructional video in Chinese. I've now asked for a refund. I have to ship it back myself and will only get an 80% refund on a faulty item.

I have been contacting their customer service and confirmed delivery on an agreed date but then it was delivered without any prior notice a day before and the TV console and the book shelf were left outside of my apartment building and I was just lucky with my head up noticing these items when going back home. However I live alone and needed to get these items from outside of my building to my unit! I couldn’t carry them and just pulled them into the escalator. The items not opened yet and not sure if they are damaged or scratched yet. I noticed the CS immediately and they just apologised in one sentence! It’s totally untrustworthy. Very poor service level.

Quality is BAD! The item I purchased is of extremely poor quality. I paid over $1,000 for a coffee table that is constructed so badly nor does it look anything like the item advertised. A coffee table that I will now donate and hope that someone has some use for it as I don't believe even those in need will want it .

I love my chairs. However, I ordered them in August and they arrived this week - over 6 months later. I actually thought I had been scammed. Even though the product was as good as expected, I will not be using this company again.

Item never arrived- no reply to two emails to the company. Total scam. How does meta keep supporting and giving advertising space these companies who rip people off?
