Items are of premium quality! From design to workmanship to quality of materials, all exceeded expectations! It took a while for items to come in batches though but the wait is worthwhile! While waiting, there’s always responsive reassurances on the expected dates of arrival. Would definitely buy from you again!

Delivery service was also amazing.

COZYMATIC is a total FRAUD

COZYMATIC is a total FRAUD. Be very careful! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. It's also a scandal that Instagram allows them to advertise on their platform. Our furniture (Jacky Solid Cherrywood Accent Cabinet/Side Table) arrived damaged... we wrote to them multiple times, send pictures of our damaged item multiple times, and communicated with multiple persons (email, website, WhatApp chat). They always answered very politely, but they played with us... with zero intention to replace our damaged item. They have a team specialized to do that. They communicate with you, stay polite, but don't replace or reimburse the damaged items. Also the furniture we received has nothing to do with the pictures of their Instagram ad. It is the cheapest quality. It really feels like a CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. This company should be in trouble with US justice system soon.

Buys Beware, Do not buy from Cozymatic

Ok, I've never been so angry at any business until I got deceived by Cozymatic. I ordered a sofa and chairs from their website in November, shipping delayed with no notification and the order showed up randomly last week at my doorstep. When we opened the packaging, we noticed parts were either missing or they sent out the wrong part. Even worse, we measured the sofa dimensions and it was off from what they wrote online. I emailed their "customer service" and agent "Tracy" replied in broken English that we need to reinstall it and that their product description was right. I emailed them pictures and even videos of the measurement being of and they now stopped responding. The product images on their website is also wrong, I'm not sure where they get their pictures from, but you will now receive what you see on their site.

I am sick and tired of dealing with them and can only warn everyone here to not go through the same ordeal I went through. Again, Be aware of this fraudulent company.

Their "customer service" is named "wecare" (funny how they use "we care", but trust me they don't) they will not respond and even if they do, they are not trying to help. So Cozymatic, stop responding to this comment with your useless auto-response and deal with my refund request.

Do not order from them

Do not order from them. Impossible to return as you are required to ship back to Shenzhen yourself and arrange for everything on your own, on top of 20% stocking fee.

Fraudulent company.

I’m pretty sure this company just had a fraudulent business model.

I placed an order, when it was processed there were items missing from what was shown on my receipt.

I reached out to the company multiple times over four days, with no response.

I started reading reviews of the company and finding out that pretty much everyone had experienced issues with billing, customer service, shipping, or general quality.

I reached out again to cancel my order, and did not receive a response.

I took steps with my bank to make a fraudulent claim on the charge since my order was incorrect and I was unable to reach the company but they had charged my card.

Once my bank reached out to investigate they magically started responding and said it would cost a 10% cancel fee.

Still fighting the company through my bank fraud claim since that is not legal.

I pray no one orders from this awful site, I really think it’s all about ripping people off.

Item damaged, but Cozymatic team were great to deal with.

The desk I ordered came with slight damage to one of the wooden legs. I sent some photos through to the Cozymatic support team and they responded quickly and professionally. I was offered a small voucher to compensate for the damage. I appreciated the quick responses and the voucher.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - BROKEN, CRACKED, USED

$1250 tv stand, waited months for it to arrive. It arrived broken, cracked, clearly a used piece, missing parts.
Terrible terrible terrible. Avoid like the plague
Would be embarrassed to work here. Cant believe this type of service is provided in this day and age. Save your money, better off buying something off amazon

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! The furniture items we purchased were defective, cracked and very inferior in quality to what was portrayed online. Delivery was delayed by several months. Customer service was completely unhelpful and refused to return the furniture. This website is a borderline scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a coffee table over $400 in…

I ordered a coffee table over $400 in NOVEMBER 2022. It is now almost February 2023 and it hasn’t shipped. This company is overpriced and a scam out of China. Should have known a Chinese company would be a scam, but their items looked great. Bummer! Don’t shop at Cozymatic.

We had an issue with some missing parts…

We had an issue with some missing parts to our shelving unit, but after a few exchanges of messages, they sent me more than I needed of the parts via express shipping. So overall happy with my experience. The shelving is now installed and looks good.

Beautiful furniture and amazing set up service

Great service and the carpenters who came to assemble the furniture were just amazing. They were very responsive, arrived on time and set up the Cabinet very quickly! Highly recommend! They were very careful not to make any scratches on the wall or on the furniture. I’m a very satisfied client.

Christmas Miracles do happen 🌟 🎄

Ok, I have had to come back and update my review (below) as, by some Christmas miracle, we were able to contact the local transport company who took possession of our order stranded in Melbourne and squeezed it on the boat last night. We were then able to drive to the depot today and collect the chairs ourselves. They were carefully, individually wrapped and in good condition. They are just what we ordered and we are very happy.
If only the communication was better all the way though I would have happily rated this company 4-5 stars.

I would also give negative stars if I could. After being told our 6 new dining chairs would definitely be here before Christmas we are being given a major run around and are doubtful they will ever come. The customer service is appalling. Do not order through Cozymatic.

Poor Returns / Replacement Policy

We ordered a armchair that took 4 months to come, and when it finally arrived the quality was so poor that the seam had started coming apart in an area that is regularly sat on. We requested a replacement or refund, and all they were will to provide was a 10% cash back. Their returns/refund policy is not considerate to the customer at all and if you receive a faulty item you will likely lose out in the process. Our whole experience was horrible.

I ordered the Kira bed

I ordered the Kira bed. It took two months for the bed to arrive, and the right railing was not included when it did. I have tried contacting them through WhatsApp, Facebook, Youtube, and the website. All I keep getting is pushed around to a different agent who tells me they are looking into the issue and someone will get back to me. They send me a screenshot of an email they supposedly send to me, but I have not received it. (The email is questionable since it has no from or to email address).
Fill out a form, and then they disappear. Communicating with this company is not a good experience.
