Great product long waits
I would give the item I bought itself 5 stars as it’s one of the most sturdy and stylish flat packs I’ve ever bought, however due to long wait times and instruction diagrams for assembly being difficult to follow due to being so small it’s affected my overall rating. The furniture item itself however, I could not be happier with.

Yes. I already wrote in many places, on your website and in a separate
email the problem but I am happy to write it again. I am very upset with this product. There were many things about it not described. I only put one together and I had to literally have my handyman come over and drill through your "prefabricated holes" that were placed in the wrong spots. It took me 2 hours to put together one chair because it : CAME BROKEN. I also saw that it was completely lopsided and not straight lines coming down from the legs. The fabric and reinforcements on the seat looked completely ridiculous and not how pictured or described in any capacity. It looked cheap and very poorly made. You can see in detail from some of the photos I have attached, but truly these chairs are not possible to keep as the only one I finally put together came broken- who knows what other problems I will have as I attempt to put other one's together. Not only that, but also in the pictures it does not show big bulky clear plastic front pads on the bottom of the legs- which stands out very much to me on top of the already crooked, broken, junkiness. I do not understand why I will not get shipping labels for these products. It is ridiculous enough that you would charge people a 20% restocking fee on something that would come "broken" or "not as described." It is even more concerning that you hope people will not even bother and you can immediately give them a small credit to shut their mouths or an even smaller amount of money to get them to keep this junk you won't be able to sell back to anyone. I will absolutely be putting out a claim with my credit card company, because I am quite frankly not sure how this is even legal. I would be willing to overlook a suit with my credit card company if you would send me shipping labels to return this back to china where it should stay and not be restocked for someone else to return. I will lastly attach a photo of the product that was pictured and described so you can see with your own two eyes, and hopefully the person next to you in the customer service' office, that these two items are not the same thing!!!
Please get back to me at your earliest convenience in order to come to an agreement on how this can be dealt with or I will call my lawyer as well.

I‘ve checked with the warehouse, and the seats are made from hand-woven natural Indonesian rattan and elastic mesh. Due to heterogeneous nature of furniture material such as wood, rattan and marble, every product will have its very own and unique texture and color. Slight changes in color and lighter spots are to be expected, which is a part of the material experience and advertised as such, therefore won't be considered to be product defect.
And the transparent floor mat is to ensure that the wooden floor will not be scratched by the chair legs. In case you do not need it, simply remove it from the chair legs.
We are sorry that the chair is not able to meet your expectation. We would like to offer a 10% cash refund of the product value for your inconvenience.

Product ordering was great but delivery poor
Product ordering was great; delivery not so much. Item arrived well packed but with no warning or notification it was arriving on a certain day or time. Delivery man was very unhelpful and just ‘dumped’ a big packing case in my hallway and said he’d been ‘instructed’ not to do any more or help in any way. Packing case was left dumped in the hallway blocking the entrance to my house. Luckily my building supervisor helped me move it a bit. The good news is that once unpacked, the item was beautiful and perfect and looks great in my lounge room. It was just the delivery experience that was poor hence 4 stars and 5.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Never ever buying from them again. Delivery delays, unhelpful customer support that give preformatted answers. Awful delivery partners that threaten with getting rid of the delivery if you don’t pick it up from their airport warehouse. Prices are too high for this kind of service. When I finally received the item, it came without a box, unwrapped and with labels sticking directly onto the wood.

If there was negative stars, I would put that here.
After four months, I still have not received my product. I have given up expecting to receive my door mat. When I requested for a refund, they did not reply me. My suspicion is this is a SCAM.
I will be filling my concerns to FB and consumer affairs. It’s been a total waste of time.
(I notice they are responsive on public forum like here however they hardly reply when you message them directly using their email address. Buyers be aware.)

Dishonest and Deceptive Company - DO NOT USE
Absolutelydishonest company with very crap quality. The piece is significantly defective and Cozymatic acknolwegde that but they want me to pay for the return even though it is defective! They said it will only be exchanged for a new peice (even though it is defective, which they acknowledge) if I pay for the return, which has been quoted as $300! We are disputing the transaction now with our credit card provider for a full refund which we expect to get. DO NOT DEAL WITH COZYMATIC - dishonest and deceptive.

I needed the chairs for a restaurant opening. They arrived weeks after the guaranteed time. There was no way of contacting the company other than email. The phone doesn't work. The chairs arrived fine and not damaged but weeks after expected and needed.

Don't order from this company!
Ordered leather chairs, received fake leather, 9 months later the issue is still not resolved. (and FYI the fake leather is nasty).
The response received is completely useless. I've 'reached' out numerous times - over 25 emails between us. Never dealt with such a blatantly dodgy company, they should be shut down.

Cozymatic sent us a damaged table and wants us to fix it?!
Cozymatic sent us a damaged table. The wooden shipping container, and the cardboard box were both intact when we received the package. The table however was cracked. They are asking us to have it repaired (can’t be) and offering to take 25% off the purchase price. They are insisting that this happened in transit, despite my sending photos of intact shipping containers. I will not order from them again and I wish I'd read these many terrible reviews (and repetitive and insincere -they all are the same) responses of regret from the company. Oh yes, we waited 4 months for delivery, and despite asking multiple times, were not notified regarding arrival nor provided with tracking information. We were out of town, with no chance to arrange for delivery. My emails are responded to, but so far, no adequate resolution. I have disputed payment with the credit card company. I am infuriated,
