Fraud don't use this company they post fake pictures on social media and then won't give you what you ordered

Subject: Formal Complaint – Incorrect Sofa Delivery, Unacceptable Customer Service & Blocked Communication

I am writing to formally complain about my recent order with your company and the appalling service I have received.

On [6th march 2026, I received a sofa that is completely different from the one I ordered. [Corner sofa but was the wrong one received so i contactto replace asap]. I have photos of both the ordered item description and the delivered item as evidence.

I immediately attempted to contact your team to resolve this issue – first via [email/ phone/ whats up/socialmedia] on [date]. However, when I raised the problem, your representative was aggressive and unhelpful. Worse still, you subsequently blocked me from contacting you via all the channels I used, leaving me with no way to resolve this matter directly.

This is completely unacceptable. I have paid in full for a specific product that I did not receive, and your company has failed to provide a basic level of customer service, instead resorting to hostility and cutting off communication.

I am requesting the following resolution within 14 days of receiving this complaint:

1. Collection of the incorrect sofa at your company’s cost.
2. Delivery of the correct sofa I originally ordered, or a full refund of [amount paid] to my original payment method.
3. A formal apology for the aggressive behavior of your staff and the unfair blocking of my communication attempts.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, I will escalate this matter to relevant consumer protection bodies in the UK, including Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme your company is registered with (if applicable). I will also consider taking legal action to recover my money and seek compensation for the distress caused.

Please contact me immediately via [your email address/ phone number] to confirm you have received this complaint and outline how you intend to resolve it. I have attached copies of my order confirmation, payment receipt, and photos of the delivered item for your reference.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. Delivered wrong couch orientation. Promised to return the next day and swap the couch and have now blocked my number. I will be turning up at the warehouse this week with the couch! Have also reported to trading standards.

This company was named MDS Furnishings. They are absolutely appalling. Awful quality furniture, will explain they will refund and collect the awful quality furniture and then they will ignore your messages and calls. I have had an awful experience with them. They shared they would refund and collect the sofa/footstool in 3 days. This then changed to 7, then 10 and it has now been close to 21 days and they have stopped responding, and over the last few days/week changed their name to cozy nest.

Search MDS furnishing reviews and you will see all the awful reviews they’ve received and then some of the nice ones they’ve very evidently sent themselves. They will often reply to negative reviews sharing they’ve not received an order number, and try to tell the customer that they’ve got the wrong company. Embarrassing.

I have all messages and numbers of people I have dealt with during this experience. I also have the proof they have changed their name from MdDS Furnishings to Cozynest Living.

Cozy nest charged my bank card.

Cozy nest charged my bank card on 6/23/25 $10.75 and $75.85 on 6/25/25. I did not order anything on the 25th. On the 23rd I did agree to pay for the shipping on a wagon that was advertised. The wagon was advertised on Facebook.

Bought new house

Bought new house, so decided to buy new beds. All came in very good quality and was delivered quickly. Price was also reasonable, not crazy like any other high street store's. Highly recommend this company.
