I purchased a resmed airsense 11 in Sept and been very happy with it
However recently it developed a load whirring sound when I press warn up and it is louder when in use
To the point I’m struggling to sleep
I contacted using the what’s app link and was asked to send an email which I did
It has been over a month and no reply
I have sent 2 further emails and 2 extra what’s app which have been ignored
On reading reviews this seems to be a common issue and likely to be the internal fan but no response is frustrating for an expensive product

I am new with using a CPAP
I am new with using a CPAP. The first month was a little rocky but now I love having the machine. I get great sleep and actually look forward to going to bed. Just make sure you get another mask your first month if you're not comfortable with the first mask you get or else it won't be covered if you need to go to another mask. I kept trying to get by with the first mask and it just didn't work for me. Because I kept "trying", I ended up having to pay for the second one since I missed the deadline. I wish cpap had sent me a reminder.

I ended up paying a considerable amount without receiving anything in return
The product I purchased was blocked at customs due to regulatory issues and could not be imported. The time required to prepare the necessary import documents would incur high temporary storage fees at customs, so I had no choice but to regretfully return the item. Even so, I still had to pay expensive shipping and restocking fees. I recommend that anyone intending to purchase such products should prepare the required import documents in advance. This is not the seller’s fault, but I ended up paying a considerable amount without receiving anything in return.
