Bought 2 licenses one is combo, after installation of cPanel licence WHM was inaccessible and for 3 days they said the issue was with cPanel, forth day I bought licence from another provider and I could access whm after running installation command, then my ticket was left unattended to till it got closed, thank goodness I just continued with my license from another provider.
