I HONESLTY LOVED THIS WEBISTE JUST MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER I HAD ONLY FEW DAYS LEFT BEFORE MY CLASS AND HAD TO SUBMIT MY CPR. I TOOK ME 20 MINUTES TO FINSIH UP WITH EVERYTHING. I AM SO THANKFUL

Today 1/16/2025, I thought I was paying $36.95 for renewal of CPR Certificate, took the course but $73.90 has been debited from my account. Continuing education which I did not authorize has been included. No certificate has come through.

I love this course. Probably way too easy
Probably way too easy. Since I have been CPR certified for nearly 30 years, I'm not worried about myself. But for newbies this is not adequate. After submitting my initial review, I decided I would register for the "Hands on" CPR course which was to be administered through a zoom class. I attempted to register online, but when prompted to check out for payment all I got was a blank screen. I used the 800 number to speak with a representative and he supposedly completed my registration. He asked for payment, but I requested to not give my credit card number directly to him. He instructed me to return to the online website where I should be able to complete payment for the course. When I did so again all I got was a blank screen. I feel frustrated having wasted so much time just trying to register for the class.

The company advertises a completely different price than what is being charged. I was charged $73.90 which the company automatically adds CEUs without confirming if this is ok with the buyer. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Will be reporting on Monday to get my money back. I don’t recommend this company.

Just got taken for $76
Just got taken for $76. I know it was $36 for a course. Said I was getting a certificate emailed to me. Did not get the certificate and they added on an additional $36 took the money immediately I’ve gotten nothing do not recommend this site.
