Impact is horrible! Slow! Terrible return policy for not even opening !! I just threw it away!! Not soft. Has short arm things. Don’t buy! Terrible product company and customer service!!

My baby definitely fell in love with this pillow! She calms down immediately with it and she starts sleeping in a while 🤩 It has been a super purchase!! You should buy it for your baby!!

Great Pillow and great company at all. Like most people i came acress the Pillow trough an Instagram ad, and i just have to praise this nice product. For us it was a huge relief. Exspecially the material is very soft and very breathable. We recommend it

Do not buy from them, their pillow is similar to other amazon, walmart online store you can get it cheaper and easier return and in USA base. I thought their pillow is better quality materials for the baby but it’s not. After contacted their email realized they aren’t located in USA. Do not trust their website reviews and unhappy risks free return 14days without reason policy. They such a scam said that but then my baby crying when laying down their pillow. I gave up because it keeps waking my baby up. They told me to send it back to Germany or China warehouse to get refund but i have to pay for the return fee lol. It’s not worth it to do all kind of work like that. Or keep it and 30% partial refund. Of course, I just chose it so my experience was such a scam company.

This company preys on tired parents. They will give you your money back despite the 100% money back guarantee. The product is cheap, loud, and uncomfortable. Also they filter the reviews on their website. This is why they have no bad reviews on their site.

THE PRODUCTS ARE POOR QUALITY THE PILLOW COVER BRAKES APART WTHTHE FIRST WASH, THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY EXPIRES BEFORE THE PRODUCT ARRIVES, THEY PROVIDE WITH A FAKE USPS TRACKING NUMBER AND SEND THE PRODUCT WITH ANOTHER CARRIER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKES DAY TO RESPOND AND THEY DO NOT SOLVE ANY PROBLEM SO YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A DAMAGE PRODUCT AND A CARELESS SERVICE! THEY ARE DISHONEST WITH ALL THE PROCESS

Update:
After sending photos of the actual address and not giving up, the company finally sent a replacement and I received it. I hope in the future they do not commit so hard to their carriers photos and trust their customers more. May this be a lesson in customer service as their products are good and my infant does love the pillow. The cradle cutie pillow has helped us transition to daytime bassinet naps which just wasn’t a things prior. So as long as you do not have any delivery issues, you should be ok, and I feel if you do, they will not give you as such a hard time as I had because they did reach back out after the replacement was sent to make sure all was right and attempted to make things better in the long run.

I’ve gone back and forth with this company for weeks about their carrier facility delivering my package to the incorrect address and they just keep resending the delivery photos that in fact prove it was delivered to the wrong address. I keep telling them I do not feel comfortable going to this incorrect address to ask for my package because of the set up. I attempted to do so today as it’s clear the company refuses to make things right and was attacked by two little white dogs. Again why I didn’t feel comfortable doing to this house. You have to enter their yard to get to any door. The carrier photos they sent prove it’s the wrong house and yet they refuse to refund or send a replacement. Waste of money and time. Horrible customer service that does not care for their customers safety or making their carriers mistake right. I sent photos of the correct address and still they just refuse to actually do anything. Worst customer experience ever.
