I have read recent reviews of this company and believe them to be fraudulent. My experience tallies with older reviews: I worked closely with Lisa and was well satisfied with the service she provided. Particularly, the illustrations were great, and she was always happy to take my wishes into account and make the smallest alterations. I have self-published with another company and this was so much easier.

I just asked for my money back a refund as usual still completely ignoring me Why are they so evil ??? At
Craft 2 Publish is just a scam. They take a deposit and then just mugging you of for month on end. It was quite exhausting and just not worth it. I definitely do not recommend Craft 2 Publish. The whole experience leaves you disappointing saddened and bitter. This organisation has different names from different places. America Pakistan and the UK all fake. I have to paid someone else to do the work.
When they want you pay up first they used another name with Eagle studios with bank details. Stay away. Please Please check reviews before any kind of dealing with this terrible organisation.
They will pretend they have nothing to do with you and there is evidence luckily i have the evidence with proof. I have been contacted by Craft 2 Publish and when I asked for a refund they unfortunately started back to ignore me again. Just to clarify I am not a competitor, just customer who has been a ripped off by these charlatans. Do not trust them in any way. You have been warned. Just scammers Hi still asking for a refund still no response I did ask if Dave has had a Miracle due to all the operations and illnesses as colleague advised. However still nothing its just a terrible organisation. I hope they believe in karma ! Still trying to get a refund !!! This is so saddening, i dont even know why they ripped me off.
It is now the 27th April 2025. Still no refund or comment just silence. Please just give me a refund. Why are you so ruthless ? Just please do the right thing. Karma is real. I finally got a call from a lady who said Dave is no longer at the company (lol) and he ruined a lot of others work. They have said we will give you a refund within 6 weeks however i need to remove my review with proof of screen shot to show i have removed the review. Im so saddened that the fact i am partially sighted and basically classed as disabled they are doing all this skull duggery type of tactics !!! Why not just say hands up we made a mistake heres a refund !!!!! Please just give me a refund please 🙏. I just want my money back. I am not going to be blackmailed. Do the right thing. Integrity is everything.
They could just give me a refund and took a screen shot of the proof of a receipt of me giving my money back. I dont want to hurt anyone or be ripped off please just give my money back.
13-05-2025 Still no refund. I have just wrote to CRAFTY 2 UNPUBLISH Website via their email asking for a Refund. As expected not a single word if response. I would love to see how Dave left the company yet is still getting good reviews ??? PLEASE LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE GETTING INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. Tell them no money until the project is complete. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!!!!

I would love to know what they are saying to other clients for the reason of they are not giving their refunds or what is there policy is for refunds. Anyway i will try again tomorrow. 20th May 2025- I have just asked to Crafty 2 Publish to at least give me a reason why they have ripped me off and what is the reson not to refund me.

I am NOW applying to the small claims court for my money back... And compensation for all the inconvenience and terrible upset !!!! If YOU REALLY cared YOU WOULD REPLY.... Not Once have I been rude, dishonest or abusive in anyway whatsoever .... OWN IT !!!
I am almost heartbroken! I had planned a wonderful surprise for my husband's 75th birthday ( having his poem illustrated). I paid the first of four instalments, of £300 having discussed at some length my requirements with Lisa, she sounded, so genuine. More fool me, I hadn't realised just how gullible I am. Having waited for several weeks with no communications, I emailed informing Lisa, I would be away,just in case she needed to contact me. I did this just to see if I would actually get a reply. I did, but still no illustrations. When Lisa did send through four illustrations, they really did look like AI generated images and nothing like what had been discussed and agreed upon. I actually did a AI image myself, describing what it was I wanted. This came back, very close to what I had imagined, I shared this will Lisa and she said she would take this into account. Lisa then did send through four more images, that still appeared to have been computer generated. I informed both Lisa and Dave, I had lost any confidence and would like my money refunded. Dave wanted my phone number to discuss, I felt this might be inviting verbal abuse, so declined. My request for a refund was denied and I have had no further communication from this company. I did search Craft2Publish and the Company you pay, Eagle Studio on companies house and both appear to exist! I have passed all this information onto "Report a scam to Action Fraud". I do not wish for anyone else to be taken in by this fake company.

You refuse to even TRY to compromise ... You have only offered four more AI ( I am now convinced ) illustration !!! WHY would I TRUST YOU... with even MORE Money... !!! Seriously !! Our conversations were professional and transparent. To suggest you were “gullible” is both inaccurate and unwarranted.

A Professional Service with Warmth
First class service. I worked with Lisa and she was super. She listened and read the book and instantly knew how to make this book enjoyable to read. My quote was full of information and detail. The turnaround time was fast but not rushed. My book is a personal book for my grandson and Lisa saw this and made the illustrations warm and friendly. Highly recommend! Dave is brilliant :D
Dave has been fantastic from start to finish. Not only has he gone above and beyond what I asked for, he even provided additional guidance to help a first time author like myself.
The illustrations for my book were everything I asked for and more, he kept me updated and involved throughout the whole process and amended any corrections in a timely manor.
Should I publish a second book, I would use Dave again 100%.
