Nova Electrical Parts Avis 13

Ordered 27th July, its now 3rd September and I still haven't received my order. Was told that the item is in stock but have been too busy to send it. I think this company is probably a scam. Avoid

I e-mailed asking a question about a part for my Fiat Ducato Campervan that was listed on their website as I wanted to check compatibility prior to ordering and they simply don’t reply if it’s not a super quick fix. Sent a follow up and again no response - would never try to use again!

BEWARE - THIS MAY BE A FRAUD SITE

I have ordered two parts from this site which have not been despatched. It is now over 2 weeks since my order, and none of my communications have been responded to.

I waited 2 weeks to write this review, incase this is a sole trader who has been on holiday

My money is probably lost as each part as <£100, so:

1) I cannot get a refund from my credit card
2) the site provides no contact or company details - so I can not take any legal action.

I note the positive reviews, but question whether these are real, or created to lure people into a fraudulent site.

After a bit of discussion, Thomas helped me change the package to suit my off-grid needs. The work he did was professional, and I’m really happy with the new system. Can’t wait to get on the road soon! Thanks, Thomas Highly Recommended

Issue with fedex courier, however crafty camper dealt with this professionally and without any hassle to my self

Good price for the product - "steady legs". Good service and communication. I was concerned when the box arrived as it had a hole in it from where the handle had punctured the cardboard. On opening I found the plastic bag containing all the nuts, bolts and washers was empty and they were all scattered around the box. I had to search under all the flaps etc but fortunately found them all. Perhaps they should be transported in a small cardboard box in the main box?

I've purchased a few items from them, each time its been a great experience. No complications, just simple old fashioned 'good customer service'. Crafty Campers are a real joy to deal with.

Great price on the rack , arrived sooner than expected. Have to say the box was a little battered but upon inspection the rack was as it should be. The instructions leave a little to be desired but assembly took only a few minutes. Used the rack for the first time today and it’s all good.

Affordable prices, quick service. I needed a water heater for my camper, and Crafty Camper had exactly what I was looking for at a much better price than other sites.
The delivery was quicker than I thought it'd be, and the team was really responsive to my questions.

I came across craftycamper while searching for my solar mh build. I ordered from tom who I spoke to on several occasions who was professional and gave good advice, I ended up ordering mppt,cable,solar panels 510w,battery monitor,shunt,fuses,etc ,all delivered promptly and boxed. Very pleased with my buying experience with Crafty Camper. They had the Victron batteries I wanted at a very competitive price even with the P&P. I spoke with a member of the team who was very polite and helpful. The dispatch time was excellent and the batteries arrived 2 days after placing my order.
