I Deposited 500 dollars, they showed me fake profits, but now they don't want me to withdraw my own funds??? Their customer service is ignoring me, still asking me for more deposit – totally scammers, don't trust FXOnet!!!

They charged me £1200 for a table, and I have yet to see it. Complete rip-off. I have been tryin' to contact them, but no answer. What a disgraceful company.

we still havnt got our money back we must have all paid for his holidays he kept having ! He should sell his house and pay everyone back if he had anything about him so misjudged this man . Both bits of furniture split and glue came through all this . Ben should never be allowed to trade again!!

I have not received my goods all paid for and have been informed they went into liquidation in December but still was sending what’s app messages and a sample offering me money off in January

Paid full amount for the table at Christmas..Asked 10 weeks later when will the table arrive.To find the company had gone under 😡

Was initially so happy to find a dining table both my husband and I absolutely loved. We drove over an hour to ‘factory’ on the Thursday 13/2/25 to find it all shut up. Husband called mobile spoke to Ben who said they would be open tomorrow 14/2/25. Drive back day after had a great chat with Ben, who told us all about how he started out as a ‘hobby’ over lockdown which expanded. Spoke about family, he new little boy, felt had a good rapport with him. He listened to exactly what we wanted in a dining table and asked could he make us a ‘bespoke’ under tv wall cabinet in same material as table to which he agreed ‘not a problem’. Husband agreed to draft together some designs/measurements and ping them over to him. We left feeling really happy and confident that we’d finally found what we’d been looking for for over 12/18months. Day after 15/2/25 we confirmed via text/what’s app messaging with Ben we’d like to go ahead with the dining table, links/account sent over to us and we transferred over £995. to Crafty Creations only to receive a text on the 6/3/25 to say unfortunately on 18/2/25 (3 days after we’d paid in full for dining table) it become impossible for ‘Atkinsons of Manchester Ltd T/A Crafty Creations’ to continue to trade, Links to attempt to retrieve any monies issued!!

To say we are gutted is an understatement, why the hell be willing and encourage payment 3days prior knowing dam well you are going under. Absolutely shocking, nothing but vile, malicious people in my opinion but such as shame as your work/products were really good and nice so much so they’ve featured on celebs socials and got mentions in OK mag.
You’ve really let yourselves down, disgusted in you and your business tbh.

Took our order in December
2024 yet had started the process for liquidation in April 2024. Utter scumbags. Shame on you Ben and Jane.

Stole £1300 from hard working people while constantly promising goods were complete and be with us soon

Crafty creations Ben and Jane live in Manchester address on company house can we form a group and sue them they need to be taken to court and charged for fraud. They’ve taken my table and given it to another customer I’ve paid for this on the 15th February 2025 have admitted to this.

Purchased dining table and coffee table both cracked said there would send replacements for the last 3 mths but nothing I called round to the factory but there have done a runner according to next door someone must know there home address if so please post so people can confront them. I do feel for company's that have financial problems but to carry on taking monies off hard working families there should be held accountable I don't think this is the first time there have ripped people off

They took the table for repairs on 15/02/2025, as it was splitting. Three days later, they filed for insolvency. What's wrong with you? Why are you taking advantage of people? Do you think it's easy for us to earn 1,000?! This has been such a bad experience. I will never trust anyone again. You've ruined your reputation. You're probably going to open another company and continue trading the same shady way as you did. I should have checked Companies House before placing an order, as this is not the first company they had.

Despite paying the full amount of £1750 for our customised solid oak table it was never delivered. Having been asked to pay by direct bank transfer we are very unlikely to recoup any of this money. Had we made the payment by credit card on Etsy we would not be in this dire situation. This is a huge sum for us as pensioners. Our trust in you has proved our undoing.

Company filed for bankruptcy yet still took our money and led us to believe they were making us a table!

The Company has gone bust, I heard of this, 2 and a half months after I placed the order. Sadly there was inaccurate communication and uncertainty with progress and delivery throughout.
