Have always found Craggs Energy to be friendly,reliable and helpful when ordering heating oil and tractor diesel. We would reccommend them to anyone.

I place Gas Oil & White Diesel orders with Danny, I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more efficient company.
Danny is an asset to the team and goes above and beyond to ensure we are always provided the best service.

I place my gas oil deliverys with Danny Almond on a regular basis, always turn up on time and will try to help when needed at short notice, also price match other companies to keep the business.

I speak with Danny quite often and he is always happy to help even when I am late with my order (sorry Danny), the service from him is amazing and I cant fault him or the company! I have been using Craggs for a few months now and the customer service and delivery have been really good and always on time, I would definitely recommend Craggs.

Have used Craggs since moving over the border in Dec 18, oil deliveries are always prompt, fairly priced and the delivery chaps are very helpful! Also had a new tank installed last year by Craggs and was a good job done!

Fantastic service from the company on making sure we had fuel on time and at a great price. The lady on the phone was really helpful and the driver was very polite.

Excellent service from Craggs - we were desperate for delivery of gas oil. On two occasions now they have delivered to us within 24hrs of ordering which has been a massive help!

I have recently swapped to oil central heating and love to support local businesses, so I used Craggs. I have had 3 deliveries from them so far and they have been great.
I got the most recent 500litres at a lower price because it was on one of their 'green' delivery slots where they were already delivering in my area.
They were a couple of days late because a tanker had broken down. This happens to us all, so as long as you don't let your tank run dry, this won't be a problem.
They have always been efficient and really polite when I've called.
I was shocked to read the poor reviews on here. I can only speak from my experience.

I’ve been dealing with this company as long as they have been open, and having oil deliveries every other month I’ve never been let down. They monitor my level, advise me when I need to order and deliver exactly when they say they will they once even dug my drive out after a heavy snow fall. Highly recommended.

Reading previous reviews I may not have used these but as my oil was delivered today as requested I have no complaints. The cost was very reasonable and I received an email confirmation of my order and a text advising of the delivery date.....a lot more than I got from Boilerjuice who didn’t text and didn’t turn up! So very grateful for a good experience with Craggs, many thanks.

I wish I,d seen these reviews before I ordered domestic fuel recently from these amateurs. I paid extra for express delivery, the fuel did not arrive and I ran out of fuel. My subsequent complaint was basically brushed aside. I was told the manager would ring me-he didn't. The manager was in a meeting but someone would contact me-they didnt. My account would be reviewed and express fee reimbursed-it hasn't.
I expressed my disgust at their none existent customer care and was given a flippant sorry and that was it.
Do not use this company, they simply do not care about their customers...

I set up an account and paid £43 per month when I reached just over £300 I ordered 600 litres of heating oil from them. But when it was delivered, it was only 500 litres. I called them to complain and was told i only ordered 500litres and when I said they could pay the remainder back to me they said there was nothing owing. I cancelled my account straight away. I will never deal or recommend this company. Plus their customer service is very rude!!!!

I cannot agree more, a dreadful company.
Over 2 years Craggs energy have repeatedly failed with our customer service and when challenged are defensive and wingy and completely fail to address the concerns or rectify them.
The office staff are pleasant and confirm delivery instructions on placing an ordering but when they fail to deliver as agreed the company are completely dismissive, accusatory and fail to recognise they are not complying with their own terms and conditions.

This is a heating oil Company based in Hebden Bridge and used by Tank Toppers based in Yorks.

Craggs energy were to deliver my heating oil before 2nd May 2018 in their 10 day window, which I ordered on 18TH APRIL.

Notwithstanding the fact that I have no oil, and it is very cold, they advised me-Tank Toppers-it would be delivered Mon/Tues definitely-30thapril/1st May.

They have advised me-Tank Toppers-that due to problems with the refinery deliveries, it will now be delivered on Wednesday 2nd May.

I waited in on 30th and at no stage did Tank Toppers or Craggs Energy advise of any delay, and it was not until I took issue with them, today 1st May 2018, did they start to apologise.

The Company is badly run, uncommunicative, and what pennies you might save -against local purchases- will certainly be outweighed by the appalling lack of service.

Be warned! AVOID Craggs Energy and Tank Toppers at all costs!

Their customer service is non-existent!

I received this email from tanktopper this morning 2nd May, as the lorry has not turned up
