Absolutely perfect service! Very easy to order online and very next day you have your crate on site. I used these guys twice on my last job. Always maximally helpful, on time delivered and collected. I do recommend this company 100%!!!

The crates were delivered and collected…
The crates were delivered and collected on time - however some of the crates we hired were very dirty, so we basically had to clean all of them before we were able to put our stuff in them.

We are investigating the issue in more detail with a view to ensure this does not happen again and we always deliver clean crates. As you can imagine we have hired hundreds of thousands of crates to home and office users over the years and although we like to think our service is the best it can be, we know that we can always improve and welcome our customers feedback to help us achieve this.

I would probably use Crate Hire UK again
I would definitely use Crate Hire UK again, the crates where perfect and the price was extremely reasonable. However, I do feel that there should be an option to see the actual address f the depot before placing the order as we didn't know where we would be collecting from and could not pre arrange. I was only able to access the address once I had placed my order and I was unable to find the address using a Google search. The address posted was also not very helpful as it literally just gave you the address of the industrial estate, which is very big. We spent quit a lot of time driving round looking and there isn't a phone number to call.
