You need better directions to the London storage facility
The experience would've be 5 starts if not for the complexity of locating the collection warehouse in London.
I was collecting crates in my own. I put the address (151 Scrubs Lane) in the google maps, but the navigator directed me only the Texaco gas station which is before the place where warehouse is situated. To approach the warehouse you need to drive further down the road from A40 (I will say at least 700 meters, or maybe more), pass under the rail bridge and only then turn to the warehouse facility.
So if the information can be updated on the website to help future customers to locate the place it would be very good.

Very Good 10/10
Very good company to assit with providing moving Crate for an office move - they were particularly helpful when i had to move the collection date at the last minute and allow us to keep the crates for a extra time we required.

Full security roll cages arrived in…
Full security roll cages arrived in good time however I didn't get the correct order. 3 out of the 6 cages I hired were incorrect. I spoke to Ben, who was very helpful, and he organised for replacements to be sent. These didn't arrive until after I needed to start using them though which caused an issue. Overall good product, would have just liked what I ordered to have arrived in the first delivery.

Dropped off and picked up crates as and when promised. Only fault is one of the crates was quite dirty.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. It all seems a bit 'too easy' when you are about to book online and I was waiting for the problems to start - we had none.
Crates arrived exactly when expected and brought up a very convoluted route by the delivery drivers with no complaints. We then needed to extend the hire period and again, this was dealt with cheerfully and quickly. We received invoices promptly so our accounts dept. were happy. The crates are very sturdy and stackable and we hired a trolley to help move everything around which was definitely worth the extra (small) amount. Collection was just as easy as delivery. A+.
This was for our office move but I would confidently recommend this method to office moves and home moves.
