I have received my order however we are 8 pieces missing!! Which I believe is a whole box of items now I have no where to sleep and I’m heavily pregnant! No one is available to contact !

Bed I ordered, still not received!
I ordered a trundle bed on the 2nd of May. It’s now the 19th of May and I still have not received it. I’ve emailed Crazy Price Beds but I’ve not had a reply as yet. I desperately need this product by this week!

This is a response to one of my other reviews left here. My order number is 2232. I have received bed which clearly has defects, sent them pictures. As bed was already assembled , I agreed, for offered £35 pounds partial refund to cover paint cost. Opened PayPal case, as purchased through PayPal (luckily) , so they could offer me a partial refund. Guess what, THESE LIARS now asking to return a bed and only after that they will offer a full refund. Come and collect your bed which is already assembled. Why do we have to spend time to disassemble this bed and pack etc. and ship at our own cost back. If you unable to meet customers expectations by selling new item as NEW , not with defects, then you will get bad reviews from every single unhappy customer. It’s a shame I cannot attach pictures here and correspondence from them. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. I will be leaving reviews everywhere, to warn other potential buyers of these scammers!!!!!

I've made 2 orders over last couple…
I've made 2 orders over last couple years with Crazy Price Beds and had great experience both occasions. Took me and the wife couple of hours to build our king ottoman, instructions and a bit of common sense did us OK. The bed and mattress are amazing. Had to chase up order confirmation and XDP split the delivery so dealt with Hannah from customer service team, she was fantastic. Would recommend this company to anyone. Can't be beaten on price

You took my order and money and it was down to me to find out that you had run out of stock.
You are difficult to get hold of through your website.
I did get an answer eventually and a subsequent refund thank you.

Where's my comfy bed at
Think company is great but said delivery 5 to 7 working days been 11 now and still no bed or mattress and can't give you a Pacific date xdp seem to have all the leverage on delivery which is slow and don't think everything is at delivery depot but they do respond to any questions about this pretty quick but can't wait to get my bed and mattress it's been to long but will use them again in future.

The bed did arrive but a week later…
I ordered the bed on 23 April 2024. I received an email thanking me for my order and saying the bed would arrive within 5 working days. The bed did arrive but in 8 working days. This was not within the 5 days that had been communicated and I received no communications until I raised a complaint.
I had become very concerned that it was a scam.
However, when the beds did arrive they were packaged well and easy to put together by me and my young teens and they love them.
Really good price, good package... There was a delay and this could have been communicated better.
