Excellent all around the bed was amazingly made, excellent quality and service

Good communication, fast delivery. I had one slat from my day bed missing, they quickly sent out a replacement.

Really fast delivery, the bed is better quality than I thought it would be for the price and the mattress is really great value for money. Only marked a star down as the instructions need to be reviewed as the last part of assembly is impossible with the current order it is in and also one of the bolts was too short to meet the hole which had been put in too deep but was just a quick visit to b&q to buy a longer one and the issue was sorted.

Easy to put together

Really pleased with our new king size bed frame, good quality for the price. Very easy to build with simple instructions, would recommend if looking for a cheaper option on a new bed frame.

Easy to order and was kept informed about delivery. The delivery driver was very polite and careful with my order. Everything was packaged well and instructions easy to understand.

I placed an order on Saturday, October 18th, which was supposed to be delivered within 5–7 days. However, it’s now well past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my order. I also received an email from the delivery company stating that they currently don’t have any updates on the shipment.
So far, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The bed hasn’t been delivered yet, and I’ve already been asked to provide feedback. I’ve contacted customer service, but haven’t received any response so far.

Excellent product and customer service well done

Ordered a trundle as original 1 broke. Very quick delivery and really nice helpful delivery man who carried it in for us. Strong sturdy bed, with hooks to stop the legs moving. Would recommend and will be buying another bed from this company in the next few months.

I ordered from this company a 19CM/8" Memory Foam Mattress double it arrived in a roll so to make sure it fitted I unrolled it and to make sure it was comfortable which I found it to be very uncomfortable so I requested it to be pick up and returned but this company will not take back the mattress complete joke of a company and a rip off this company are a bunch of rip off merchants why do other companies allow you to try mattresses out and return if not suitable

Received a damaged bed which you agreed to collect and reimburse. I’m still waiting for the collection and the reimbursement

Absolutely awful
The bed I ordered was clearly a second or a return the frame was all damaged and it was missing lots of items. No contact number but when I did email the people were nice and did send out the missing items first time . Then I realised even more stuff was missing.. I’m still waiting

My new bed is gorgeous and very comfy. I am so glad that I found the crazy price beds website because the same bed on different websites was much more expensive.

The delivery was fast and the communication was straightforward.
