Having the same issue that other people have reported. Once you subscribe, which appears to happen "automatically" with your first purchase, the website DOES NOT have an option to cancel the subscription under the "Manage Subscription" tabs. It just shows you your previous purchases, allows you to "skip" a shipment and that is all. This is a very deceitful practice. If you are having trouble, contact your card company and have them block this merchant from future charges. All they have to do is look at all the SCAM reviews all over the web.

Experienced the same issue with attempting to cancel my subscription. The page is still down and issuing an error message. I've been trying to cancel for 3 months with no avail. SCAM!!

CREAGUMS is a classic subscription SCAM using social media marketing to FRAUD users into purchasing a "free" pack of gummies.

I rarely write reviews but decided it is my duty to do so now and PROTECT others from falling for this scam.

If you do fall for this scam, then you will be delivered a pack of low-quality, sticky gummies. Whether they contain creatine, I cannot confirm. Personally, I did not see any results after using the product for multiple cycles.

The SCAM begins when you try to cancel your subscription, which you knowingly or unknowingly signed up to when you purchased your first free pack.

I attempted to cancel my subscription 10 times over the course of two weeks.

In trying to cancel my subscription, I had to dig back through my email to find the website link, scour the website to find the link to cancel the subscription, which then linked me to some "account page" where I attempted to cancel my subscription. The website was conveniently "down" at the time and a generic message to "try again later" was displayed.

I did try again. Many many times. During this time CREAGUMS sent multiple gummies packages to my address WITHOUT my CONSENT and initiated charges to my card.

I did not just try to cancel the subscription online. I emailed CREAGUMS multiple times, many to no avail. CREAGUMS was slow to acknowledge receipt and even slower to reply to my replies. After multiple emails they sent instructions on how to cancel my subscription; of course the website they linked was conveniently "down" and would not work no matter how many times I "tried again later." I sent more emails but CREAGUMS did not help until I threatened legal action.

Eventually, a CREAGUMS representative replied and LIED that they had NEVER received any of my emails, even though WE BOTH HAVE RECEIPTS of THEIR responses. They claim to have canceled my subscription. I have not received any charges since.

Using CREAGUMS was an awful experience. Avoid this company at all costs and use a reputable company or buy in-person.

Not only did they SCAM me, but they had the audacity to LIE about it afterward.

If CREAGUMS replies to this review with some LIES about how they care about the customer experience or tried to address this, I will share the receipts of this FRAUD to anyone who asks for it.

Avoid. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Scam/Fraud. Billed multiple times for orders never received. Tried calling number, it’s out of service. Tried emailing their help desk multiple times no response for months now. Don’t waste your money

I placed a order for the trial an paid for the shipping on 8/13 and Im still waiting smh.. ive emailed them 7 times.. i wrote them on instagram and no response.. Vert unprofessional

about 2 months ago I purchased the 3 month supply. every month since then they have charged me $100 each month for a 3 month supply. Which just doesn't make any sense if its a 3 MONTH SUPPLY. sent multiple emails and yet to get any type of response.

Seems like another subscription scam. There was no real communication about the subscription, and after I was told I could return the product for a full refund, over two weeks later, I have not received my refund.

Be very careful with these type of "subscriptions"

And the gummies stick together and are very hard to get out of the bottle if less than halfway full.

This company participates in deceitful practices, beware! They do not verify email addresses, and after the free trial they will continue to charge you without anyway for you to cancel your subscriptions. Avoid at all costs.

This supplement must contain ingredients not listed because it caused an allergic reaction in my mouth and the company refused to refund my money. No good company with honest products refuses a refund for allergic reactions. This is another supplement scam.
