SCAM - Beware!
SCAM! They said they updated my sign via the color I provided and didn't, then sent the old color and now will not contact me back for a refund or new sign order. They also said they would send a photo before mailing the sign and didn't do that. I asked for a photo because I was afraid of this and am now out $500 for a sign I cant use. Going elsewhere for my new sign. BEWARE!

Terrible Follow-Up
My sign showed up damaged and I'm getting absolutely no response from your company on how to resolve the issue. It is always me following up.... I guess now you have my money, there is no incentive to remedy the situation. I guess next step is getting my lawyer involved...

Amazing service and products!!
Create Neon we’re so easy to deal with from start to finish! They have me some great options and lots of different quotes. Once we decided on the design, the final product arrived so quickly! I’ve had so many comments on how good my sign looks! Very happy with the service and product! Will definately use them again
