Sorry to hear you haven’t managed to bag one of the bigger wins yet.

At the end of the day, these competitions are ultimately games of chance and unfortunately it really does come down to landing that one lucky number.

With regards to the site credit and ticket wins, every competition clearly shows exactly what prizes can be won before entering. We try to cater for everyone with different styles of competitions and not all competitions contain site credit or ticket instant wins. Some are purely physical prizes, some are singular main draw competitions, while others are “Everyone’s a Winner” style formats.

A lot of customers actually enjoy the Everyone’s a Winner competitions because even if they don’t hit a main prize, they still walk away with something rather than a completely losing ticket. Others prefer the more traditional prize-only competitions, which is why we try to offer a wide variety so there’s something for everyone.

As for the comments about friends or family winning, there are very strict rules and regulations within this industry and we simply wouldn’t still be operating after 6 years with over 30,000 followers and 86,000+ winners if draws weren’t carried out fairly and randomly.

The draws are completely random and carried out publicly on our live draws, while instant wins are pre-assigned to ticket numbers before entries are even sold, which can be clearly seen.

We also work with highly regarded developers who specialise in competition websites to ensure the platform is secure, fair, random and compliant with all rules and regulations.

We’ve had customers win from their very first order for just a few pence, while others can take longer — that’s simply the nature of random draws unfortunately.

That said, we do appreciate your support over the months and genuinely wish you better luck going forward.

Some customers win on their very first order for just a few pence, while others can enter for months before landing a bigger prize — that’s simply the nature of games of chance.

We also run lots of different competition styles across the website. Some are traditional main draw competitions, while others include instant wins, site credit or ticket prizes so customers have different ways to win depending on what they enjoy entering.

Since launching over 6 years ago we’ve now had over 86,000 winners and built a community of more than 30,000 followers across our platforms. All draws are carried out completely randomly, both on our live draws and instant win competitions, with instant win prizes linked to pre-set ticket numbers before entries are sold.

We genuinely do appreciate every customer who supports the business and hopefully your luck changes soon 👍

At the end of the day, all of the competitions on the website are completely random and unfortunately there isn’t a guaranteed return or win from entering. Some customers get lucky very quickly, while others can go quite a while before landing a bigger prize.

Over the last 6 years we’ve had more than 86,000 winners and built a community of over 30,000 followers across our platforms. Our live draws are all carried out publicly and instant win prizes are allocated to fixed ticket numbers before competitions even go live.

We also make all competition information visible before entering, including the prizes available, draw formats and any instant win structures involved, odds etc so customers can choose the competitions they personally want to take part in.

We also regularly run free entry competitions and giveaways across the website and social platforms, giving customers chances to win without any spend involved.

Firstly, thank you for the kind comments about myself and Callum, it genuinely means a lot 👍

I’m really sorry to hear the group side of things left a bad impression as that’s never what we want. The moderators did remove comments from both sides once they were seen, as we always try to keep the group a friendly and positive place for everyone involved.

Unfortunately I can’t sit watching the group every minute of the day with everything else going on behind the scenes running the business 😅 but I will definitely be working more closely with the moderators going forward to make sure situations like this are picked up and dealt with more quickly.

In regards to certain members winning more frequently than others, unfortunately that can happen with completely random draws. However, we do have ticket caps in place across competitions, with most limited to a maximum of 10% of tickets per customer — and some even lower, to help keep things as fair as possible for everyone entering.

I am genuinely sorry to see both you and your dad leave the group as I always enjoyed the banter and interactions from you both.

Sorry you feel that way.

As mentioned previously, we are a small family-run business and unlike some of the much larger companies in the industry, we don’t own a tackle shop, large warehouse or have a huge fulfilment team behind us, so comparisons to bigger operations like UKCC aren’t always completely fair.

That said, we have been working extremely hard behind the scenes to improve dispatch times and prize fulfilment, and your most recent prize was actually sent within the 14 day SLA timeframe provided.

I also appreciate that despite the frustrations mentioned, you have continued playing with us and have still had wins along the way, which we’re very grateful for 👍

We know there’s always room for improvement and we’ll continue working hard to make the service better moving forward.
