Frustrated and disappointed
My experience with Creative Blinds has been a huge disappointment. Although I was assured that I would be kept informed throughout the process—over 2 months ago— this has not been the case. I have found it necessary to personally reach out for an update at every stage of the project. They have a $4400 deposit of nut hard-earned money. They need to do a lot better. I’m trying to cancel my very expensive order.
