ETA: Finally received product, although never got a response or explanation from the shipper.

Order placed, money taken -- and then ghosted. No shipping info, no response to my contact. I can understand that it might not ship immediately. But some response, some indication, at least the courtesy of a response would be expected. I wish I'd read these reviews and seen their BBB rating (F) before I bought this. Pursuing a refund.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered his book. I ordered the book and paid for it and 2 months later have not received it. He actually responded to one of my many emails & said there had been a mistake in my order & the book would be sent in a few days. It’s over 3 weeks later & no book. And no response to my additional emails. I’m now going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card & hope I can get a refund. I really liked this guy, this is very disappointing.

Can I give less than 1 star? This guy is an absolute scammer!! Ordered my book on 08/14/2024 & never got a shipping confirmation, never received my book!!! I have sent SEVERAL emails and I'm just completely ignored!! I just want a refund at this point

This guy needs to be shut down from obvious stealing!

⚠️Absolute scammer!!!!⛔️ DO NOT BUY FROM 'CREATIVE EXPLAINED' He takes your money, and never sends the books you purchased. Absolute con! For 6 months now people are buying his items and he just ignores their emails and msgs when they contact him about not recieving their books... these are people Christmas presents - He has no shame! He's left a couple of vague comments on his profile saying he's 'following up each order', but nothing is ever shipped - it's a total lie! If he can't fill the orders, he should stop taking peoples money! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and the authorities need to be involved.

Ordered 2 books on Oct 7. Have an order number and my credit card was charged. Wish I had gone to Trust Pilot and read reviews first!☹️. Website says 3-4 days to fill order. I have emailed twice to try to get update on shipment- no response. Not waiting any longer- filed dispute with my credit card company.

I order 2 books in September. No sign of them being shipped. I can not get a hold of anyone at the company. Emailed and messaged. Very frustrating.

Creative Explained Armen Adamjan took my money for three books (ordered from his direct web site). Have order number. Four months still no books, and no communication but took my money .

Took my money for two books August 29, 2024. No books, no response, and no customer service.Three emails and no response. It’s got to be a scam.

Ordered 2 books on in May, now is 7 August, still nothing. No response on my multiple emails or messages on Instagram. There I read that more people are having the same problem. It is a scam, do not buy a thing from this guy! Thankfully managed to get a customer protection action from Paypal.

I bought two books a month ago. Haven’t received anything yet and costumer service dosen’t my e-mails !!!

Ik heb zn 2 boeken besteld en betaald, maar de boeken nooit ontvangen.
De tracking link in de orderbevestigingsemail werkte niet.
Op email word niet gereageerd, via instagram dm krijg ik ook geen reactie.
Erg slechte service, ofja er is geen eens een service.

I ordered edition one E-book and edition two fysical book. The E-book i received in the email but fysical i also received edition one. After 5 emails with proof and details about the wrong product i still don’t have an answer nor solution. Also personal message on the website it wasn’t possible to make contact with the company or founder. The same for instagram DM… I hope through this way the company maybe understands how bad this services is. And i really like the concepts and the book. But this is unacceptable.
