Unreliable
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this company handled our project. When we first initiated the job, there was no mention of any concerns or limitations, and communication was almost nonexistent after the initial discussion. The only update I ever received (only after I reached out) was a simple change from a fabric roof to a metal one.
At no point did anyone bring up issues with the project’s height or other parameters until after they had already caused major delays and forced me to miss my original timeline. Even after corporate graciously extended the deadline, the company is just now raising concerns that should have been addressed at the start.
This lack of planning, communication, and accountability left me questioning the professionalism and reliability. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company for critical or time-sensitive work.
