Honest mistake quickly resolved – brilliant customer service!
I initially left a negative review after missing the 14-day trial cancellation window and getting charged for a subscription I had not used. However, their customer service team actually reached out to me directly by phone to discuss the situation. They were incredibly understanding about it being a genuine oversight and kindly processed a full refund for me without any hassle. It is rare to see a company listen and turn a frustrating situation around so pleasantly. Huge thanks to the team for the brilliant and fair support!
