I’ve been with this company for a while now. It’s informative, helpful and offers great support.

The app is really easy to use and very clear, specially the factors that contribute towards your score. It’s really simple to see how you can improve your score. Notifications and emails to alerts you of any changes to your score are helpful too.

Credit Karma has been incredibly helpful for keeping track of my credit score. The app is easy to use, updates regularly and gives clear insights into what’s affecting my credit.

Ive had a Credit Karma account for a number of years. It keeps me on top of my finances and track whats going on behind the scenes.

Easy to use website, with clear information. I log in at least a few times a week to check up on things and keep track of my report.
The credit factors give good insight into what things are good or bad for my score and if they are high, medium or low impact.
Good, safe links to check eligibility for new lines of credit.
A good incentive with their monthly member draw to improve your score.

Credit Karma is the best Credit checking service in the UK as far as I am concerned. I know exactly where I am with my finances at all times. I have young children and this is important to know as a lone parent where my credit rating is at. I have been using it years and give it maximum stars as its easy to read and they send me the information so regularly without any spam mail. Highly recommend.

I was told that the information that have is provided by Transunion. However despite the fact that Transunion have me on the electoral register Ctrdit Karma do not.

I have tried to contact Credit Karma four times in the last few days after discovering that a fraudulent account was created using my details, giving an identity thief full access to my entire credit file.

Despite notifying them repeatedly, Credit Karma has still not responded and the fraudster continues to have unrestricted access to my sensitive financial information.

This is an extremely serious situation and raises major concerns about data security, GDPR compliance, and Credit Karma’s ability to protect personal information.

I have been unable to gain access to my own account, yet the fraudulent account remains active and continues to access my data.

The lack of urgency, communication, or action from Credit Karma has left me exposed to ongoing risk and distress. I will be escalating this situation to the ICO due to what appears to be a clear failure to safeguard personal data.

I would not recommend Credit Karma to anyone based on this experience.

UPDATE: The contrast in priorities here is staggering. The company is perfectly capable of responding publicly on Trustpilot within hours, yet has failed to take any action or provide responses to my numerous emails regarding a fraudulent account and the serious, ongoing risk they have exposed me to as a victim of active identity theft. To date, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. I received a wholly inadequate, non‑substantive response this morning and nothing further since, and I am now fully anticipating yet another wait of several days before any further reply. It is frankly disgusting that there is no direct telephone number or urgent reporting route for such serious fraud, leaving victims to chase unanswered emails while the damage continues. To then ask me to publicly post a reference number after I have explicitly warned that my identity is being actively misused is reckless, irresponsible, and shows a blatant disregard for customer safety, data protection, and basic duty of care.

Great to get a credit score but I have not yet received any email regarding my new address or can you make it more easier for me

I am using Credit Karma for about two Years. It is wonderful service helping people to keep reviewing their Credit History and provide valuable information to improve Centre Scores and Benefit from advice given by the Services through Credit Karma. I now hold excellent credit score that wasn't possible to gain without guidance I had from them.
