I called frustrated that I paid for this service but the only way this would benefit me is if I continually purchased other services and a separate charge I didn't authorize. The rep patiently explained the product and issued a reimbursement for the unauthorized charge.

The support I received was very good. I couldn’t purchase the Automator when I signed up, so I wrote an email to the support team. They got back to me first thing in the morning, of the very next business day. The rep listened to my problem and helped me through process of getting the Automator and made sure I had it downloaded and it was ready to use.

Additionally, their attention to detail and organization stood out. It’s clear they have solid systems in place, which helps everything run efficiently and leaves a strong impression.
