Very professional and great results. Was considering settlement but it was to expensive. My rep was very informative and always answered my calls and questions throughout the process!

I had to back out. I ended feeling like Credo Legal was a scam due to no support to ensure me that accounts were being handled. I could never get the help after reporting to them my concerns. I could not get this client portal to work. I tried different devices just to rule out cell phone vrs computer and both devices would give me the same error message. Something like we are experiencing an error try again. I let the office know many times, it was very hard to get a hold of Sharika I came across add for Credo on a digital news stating something to the affect Government involvement to get rid of debt. They just dropped the ball with me because I didn’t know where my monthly fee to them was going and know way to see my client portal after letting them know my situation. Almost 3 months I had been paying I decided to back out. Do you think they need to REFUND me?

The only thing positive about these scammers was I got a total refund by BBB reporting they scammed me. Stay a long way from them. I recommend five lakes lawyer group. It's bad when a care manager admits her wrong.

I want to cancel my contract..no one ever returns my calls I was told someone would give me a welcome call on June 4th, never happened, I was get a welcome call on June 5th never happened.Finally
I called Albro, he apolized and said all was good. I have tried to call him at least 20 times today. no reply

I am very disappointed with the Fact that the Company was quite vague about Exactly what they were intending to do about my Financial Problems! It wasn't till some time AFTER I was "signed up" that I learned that they wanted me to, in effect, LIE about NOT OWING the Debt on my Credit Cards, which was NOT it my intention at all! I was just wanting a little help to be able to AFFORD paying off our indebtedness! I paid the first Payment to CREDO LEGAL but did not see any real Progress. As for my Request for a Refund, it was Denied! I certainly would NOT recommend this Company for Financial Assistance!!!

I reached out to Credo in ref to debt reduction. I was greeted by friendly staff who told me a good description of the program. Setting up the program was made simple by them doing most of the administrative work and use of a simple online form management app made signing the needed forms simple. Special thanks to Tatyana my account manager on ironing out some post start details and adjusting payment schedule.

So far I've been with Credo Legal 6 months nothing has been resolved and I'm paying them money I could be paying my creditors, don't think this was the right company for me.

Out of all of the other National Debt relief programs, this one is obtainable.

I joined Credo Legal Services on 3/31/25. I first spoke with a personable gentleman in customer service for my initial consultation and he thoroughly explained the program & steps in great detail to me . He was very professional & did not judge me for the situation I was currently involved. He was very understanding & patient with me & spent great lengths on the phone with me & kept excellent communication with me. He stressed that the company is not a debt consolidation company & your payments do not go to your creditors, but instead to a law firm with lawyers who are specifically assigned to your case and tailored to meet your specific needs. They work to make debt settlements with your creditors. You are welcome to call your lawyer with questions any time. You are also assigned a coach throughout your journey which was estimated 24 to 30 months for me. My coach was very pleasant & professional. She explained what I needed to do for the program to be successful for me. They all have great communication with me. They are flexible on reaching an agreed monthly payment. They are very thorough going through all your finances to help you determine your best options. They accept almost every kind of debt. They are not able to accept Tribal debts. The team is very supportive & encourage you to stay involved, keep good records from your creditors and keep an open communication with the company. The team is supportive and helps to alleviate your anxiety. Remember that you did not get into this situation over night & it will take about 3 months to start seeing changes, so please be patient! I am not very far into the program yet. I do highly recommend Credo Legal with my experiences thus far.
