Don’t use credova for budsgunshop, it never works the total doesn’t match up. I’ve tried twice and credova wouldn’t help to figure out the issue. Would not recommend wasting your time

First time I have heard of them and for unknown purchase
I don’t know who this is but I got a call from them asking for $2000 for a $600 purchase I didn’t make. It was a phone call and first I’ve received
No snail mail. No email. Nothing. Just a call today demanding $2,000. I’ve never heard of this company and apparently it’s for an AR-15. I definitely didn’t order a gun online and more importantly I don’t finance things like that

I was approved and then use only a small amount to purchase an item then I went back to purchase another item with the remaining amount I had which was alot and it denied it saying I have to pay the first item off to get the other item...if I had known that I would have gotten both at the same time absolutely ridiculous

I was ordering my firearm for the first time using a specific site and forgot to enter a promo code for a discount and neither credova and the site could not honor it. I was just told once the transaction is done they just can't do anything...... Sad didnt even offer any future purchase discount or offer. Guess there's a first and last time for everything.

Quick and easy to do - can't get promotional items with leasing
Quick and easy to do. However, if leasing to buy and promotions on the website for free tactical or lights isn't available even though I'm going to be paying double by the time I pay it off. So basically I don't get the promotion from sig Sauer for the foxtrot flashlight for my new gun.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Not up to par with other payment providers. Charged me for my first payment but didn't apply it to my account, handed it off to a debt collector 4 days later. Credova said I never made a payment. Disputed the charge with my bank and paid off the account with the third party collector. DO NOT use Credova for anything.
