They sent me the wrong trainers and refused to respond to any correspondence for over a week. They only replied after I had to involve PayPal to start a refund request. They took another week to even process the refund and then did not refund me the full amount! They are now ignoring all my correspondence asking for the full amount to be refunded.

Bought a moonswatch with replacement strap and it was hand delivered next day. There was also an issue with the strap and it was changed over and hand delivered within a few days

Had been searching for a particular hard to find colour way of Jordan 1 mids and found them on Crepexclusive. Hadn’t heard of them before but purchased and received very speedy delivery.

Unfortunately I felt they sized a little smaller than usual (leather design rather than my usual softer suede Jordan’s) so contacted to see if I could exchange for a half size up.

No isses at all with this from the seller, speedy and friendly customer service.

Very pleased with my experience and will for sure purchase again in the future :)

Ordered Jordan's for Christmas present delivered within the 10 days which was fast came in good condition but once received I found out I ordered the wrong size which was my own fault but contacted them to see if I could return to get a replacement for next size up and was told no that they don't accept returns which was due to my own fault and if I needed the next size up I would have to buy another pair
