I always find the customer service at Franche pharmacy in Kidderminster exceptional. The store has recently relocated but the staff are always friendly and extremely helpful!

Fazeley pharmacy
Fazeley pharmacy is brilliant. The opening hours allow me to get my prescriptions before or after work. The staff are very helpful and try to sort any problems out quickly. Even with supply chain issues that are out of their control I feel they are on it trying to get those essential items in stock as fast as possible.

I have been coming to crest for the…
I have been coming to crest for the last 6 months for weekly blood draws, which has now changed to every 3 weeks. I have to say, the phlebotomist they have now is just an absolute star! He is the best one I have came across. I hate needles, but somehow he manages to make it painless and quick. I would rather travel out if my way to see him than go to anywhere else! Brilliant
The man that took my blood test is absolutely brilliant very friendly and certainly knows how to do his job . Moast places i usually go to have problems with finding a suitable vain . But he found it first time and I didn't feel a thing . I would give a 10/10.
