I am so dissatisfied
I am so dissatisfied one my husband ordered sneakers and we haven’t received our sneakers for our daughter for Christmas. Ordered on December 5th 2023! Reached out to them 3x no response. Paid a lot of money and don’t even have an ETA on the sneakers. This is insane. I’m not sure if I made the right decision. No 1-800 number to call, just an email that’s very suspicious to me!

this is crewkicks. You ordered on 12.5 and the delivery time usually around 12-15 days cause this is international packages. AND! HERE IS NO WAY we didn't reply your email. PlEASE CONTACT US your order number or order email via whatsapp or imessage or email we will check the package status

I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant at first, but I received my order today and was VERY satisfied with the customer service to start, which they were VERY informative, the time in which I received my shoes, and the overall quality of the shoes. The whole experience was MUCH BETTER than I originally anticipated. After I’m done writing this review, I’m going to place my next order!!

Firstly the customer service was excellent, the WhatsApp account constantly gave me shipping updates on/without request. Secondly, the shoes themselves are great back tab pops back up straight so does toe box. Netting is diagonal/goes with flow of shoe.
