Good Service

We enjoed our stay in this unit on the third floor. The view out to the ocean was great, the unit was well stocked and comfortable. The grounds and pool area were well maintained and beautiful. The area around the condo had convenient shopping and restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed my unit. It was very well stocked and comfortable. Nice view and location. The ONLY downside was being on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Was a good place.. I wish the caretaker guys wouldn’t be blowing East leaves at 8 in the morning out side the window and that the grills actually worked.. one wouldn’t light and the other wouldn’t stay lite...other than yfst clean, comfy and nice!

Very clean, convenient, well equipped. Perfect week there. If we are coming back, absolutely would stay at the same place.

The one bedroom ground-floor ocean front condo was ideal, as you could look out to the ocean and see whales from inside the unit, on the patio, or by walking on the grass right in front of the patio. The unit was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The check-in and check-out were flawless. The neighbors we met around the pool were friendly when we joined them for the weekly social get-together. This was our second time staying along this quiet stretch of condominium buildings in Maalaea which are ideal for a warm and sunny winter vacation!

Great Place and Perfect Location
From the balcony we could see the whales breaching in the ocean. We were within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants. This location was central to the rest of the island. The condo was exactly what we needed except we had to buy more toilet paper.

Very easy online booking process.
Self check in/ check out was much easier than picking up and returning keys as experienced with other rental agency’s.
Property was accurately described .
Friendly staff and good communication throughout the whole experience .

Need to set up a gym . It was hard not exercising for two weeks.

Reservations were easy, check in was painless, condo was clean and as described on website. Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect!

Nice people to deal with. The unit had many maintenance issues, and then the water heater failed mid week. It was replaced within 24 hours, but it took many phone calls and poor communication.

Reservation process was a little confusing and the confirmation info we received did not even include the unit number. We had to wait for check in to get that. Condo was very easy to find and conveniently located.

The apartment was run down and would benefit from an update.

The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were relaxing and attractive.

Had a great experience staying in the condo. The only complaint I would have is the early check out time. For those of us that have late flights the day of check out it is way to early to check out at 10:00am. A late check out should be an option

The Wailua Bay View Inn in Kauai was perfectly maintained and has a wonderful view as promised. Great central location and the lanai was glorious.

Mana Kai resort is 5 star.. our room was 5 star.. view incredible, fall asleep listening to waves crash.. 5 plans restaurant superb..
4 star as it won’t let me give 4.90... house cleaning of unit was not what I’d expect from a resort of this quality.. couple lights were burnt out and the cleaning around corners, furniture and behind curtains hadn’t been done for a while.. long while.. small stuff.. unit and resort was amazing
