A really good experience all round. An easy to use website with lots of options in my size, and the shoes I chose were packed very securely so they arrived in pristine condition. I will definitely be back for more!

Starting with what I liked: the shoes, which I guess is the most important bit, are fantastic. I purchased them for my sister and she was thrilled with the design and quality. Now for the not so good bit: the delivery: it seems Crispins does not require a signature or confirmation of delivery from its delivery partners. Hence my very expensive package (worth circa £350) was just left in front of my door, where anybody could have made off with it. And this was after my package wasn't delivered on the designated delivery date in the first place. This made for a somewhat stressful experience, as I was travelling and needing to bring the shoes with me. When I raised the matter with Crispins they weren't particularly apologetic or sympathetic, nor did they offer to review their delivery practices. So, what should have been a 5 star experience is now merely a 3 star experience.

In my opinion, Crispins shoes are simply the best, in terms of style, quality and trends. The staff members are approachable and helpful always. Most importantly, they do not impose shoes on you. They are attentive to your specific needs and honest. As a customer, these points are crucial to me.

Beautiful footwear but so expensive and hardly ever any really good promotions with alot of discount - maybe £25-£30 off sometimes or 15%. But never any really good discounts. I do purchase alot but need to save first , would order more items if were discounts were alot better

I discovered Crispins back in the mid-90s, having previously had to put up with deeply unfashionable shoes for my long, narrow feet. I've never bought shoes anywhere else since then. Their shoes, boots and sandals are beautiful, a joy to wear and much admired, and I've always had charming, helpful service whether in the shop or on line. My latest purchase (for a Royal reception) was no exception - I truly can't recommend Crispins more highly, so if you haven't tried them do!

Once again an elegant shoe, classic with a twist of modern styling. Comfortable, well made and versatile use day to night. As always excellent service from Crispins team, postal delivery service works really well.

Excellent service from Crispins. I have struggled for years to find shoes that fit. Whilst on a weekend visit to London with my daughter and granddaughter we found Crispins. I bought 2 pairs from them in store and am now buying on-line as I live in Derbyshire. The level of service is brilliant. Can't wait to get my next pair

I have EU44/45 feet and it's extremely difficult to find a nice-looking pair of shoes but I was happy to discover Crispins and they have quite a range of fashionable shoes for me. Quick delivery and am happy with the quality of shoes.
