Worst experience with customer support
I want to leave a review about my worst experience with customer support.
I placed an order with this shop on Thursday, September 14th in the morning, and the estimated delivery time was Saturday, September 16th.
This shop offers same-day shipping, so my order should have been shipped on September 14th, but it wasn't even sent on Friday, September 15th. I decided to contact customer support to get more information on Friday evening, but they couldn't provide any details about the delay. They mentioned that they would consult with a manager and provide a response by Sunday (as I understood it, during Saturday), but they didn't.
I reached out again on Sunday, and after that, they canceled my order, alleging that I had sent hateful and offensive messages.

"So? Where is the response from the warehouse team? Come on, I paid for priority shipping and taxes to get my order yesterday, but it's still awaiting fulfillment. It seems like a bad joke. I'm disappointed"

"Where can I leave a review for the store?"
THE CRONUS SHOP:
"It's Sunday. The shop is closed relax."
THE CRONUS SHOP:
"You were told that the shipping times were estimated but for some reason you're attacking us because you don't know whet that means. Not you're being incredibly rude and offensive, sending hateful messages at almost 4am on a SUNDAY. I have no interest in toxic behavior in our community, so I have created a free return shipping label where you can send the Zen back for a full refund."
Honestly, I'm not sure where I was toxic, offensive, or sent any hateful messages. Just for your information, I sent ONLY 3 messages (excluding messages to their bot to track order details) to support, the first one to get details and others you can see above, and I didn't spam them to get details.
I gave this shop a 2-star rating because I did get a refund, which is the only positive aspect of this experience.
I've never encountered such poor customer support. So, if you plan to order from this shop, be aware that you might waste your time (and possibly money).
