Amazing product but...
Amazing product. but false information about shipping. it is not 2 day shipping. on of my orders took closer to a week, the other 4 days. have to pay for shipping and the only option is 2-day. i understand once its out of your hands you're not responsible, but should not be advertised as 2 day shipping. its not truly 2 day shipping. other than that love the product.

So sorry for the misunderstanding. Two day shipping means that it will be two day shipping after I ship it and USPS has it. It is out of my control when USPS will deliver and it can take longer than expected due to weather or other delays. I have removed the wording that says 2-day shipping to eliminate and confusion over how long shipping takes. Thank you so much for your feedback!

The issue I have is the only option for…
The issue I have is the only option for shipping is 2 day for $10.95. That would be ok if I actually got what I paid for. It took 6 days to get to here. We needed them for a specific day which was missed. I do love the shirts.

Thanks for your order and your feedback. We're sorry the order didn't arrive soon as you expected. We custom make every order which typically takes 1-2 days for in stock crewnecks as is stated on our shipping and returns page: https://www.crookedshutter.com/shipping-returns. You placed your order during the evening of 1/18. Your order was made the next day on 1/19 and picked up by USPS on 1/20. The "2 day delivery" estimate comes from USPS based on your zip code and the expected delivery date was Friday 1/22. Unfortunately, as has been the case for a significant percentage of USPS deliveries over the last few months, USPS delivered late and you didn't receive your order until Monday 1/25.
I understand your confusion on the expected delivery date and given your feedback, we'll see if it's possible to remove the 2 day delivery wording or add a warning that packages are commonly being delivered late by USPS right now. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
