Drone Masterclass Avis 

RED FLAG!!!! Do not risk your time, money with them at all!!! They cant even answer a basic questions, wont reply to messages, wont answer the phone.

Tried to buy a product, waited payment made! and then no update, spoken to them via social media and told update would be given.

Still no update given or email, sent emails still no reply to the original email, now read my messages on social to them but dont respond back. tried to call their finances department but then end up getting their voice mail for 201 Etx.. all day there seems to have been only 1 person in their office.

told the person i need is still not in the office. still no update to my cancellation and still no confirmation to my refund.

called at 12:30 as i mentioned to them in my message they read and still not there and no confirmation on my refund.

I seriously would not recommend them at all, save your time, money and the pain and i would go else were. You can find a better service from else were! DO NOT RISK IT!! Save your self and your money!! as i have been left no choice but to seek legal advice and report to trading standards.

The course was so informative and educated me further with my understanding to the new laws and regulations

Did my GVC conversion with Drone Masterclass using the online training. Then I visited their office in Belfast to do my exam in person and show I knew how to fly my drone safely. The whole process was brilliant and they guided me through what steps I needed to take to fully convert from PfCO to GVC. Cannot recommend them enough. I am all set now for the new regulations coming in fully!

Your product is outstanding. I did the research and Drone Masterclass came out streets ahead of other suppliers. The cost is very competitive considering your Chief Instructor Andy Hamilton, worked for the CAA on drone issues and had introduced UAS to law inforcement in the UK. The company that operates Masterclass 'Crowded Space' is one of the most experienced UAS companies in the UK. With many amazing contracts on the go. This real, genuine international profile is reflected in the way I was taught the A2 C of C and the GVC, REMOTELY! during the pandemic. I can say with some authority as a qualified teacher, "If you want these qualifications look no further".

Did my GVC / A2 with Drone Masterclass.

Firstly the structure and the communication from them throughout was second to none.

Secondly, the online course was really well put together, easy to follow and great structure.

Lastly, the flight test for GVC was really good. Andrew was very helpful and worked around my plans… and I passed.

Can’t fault them at all, and as I work with lots of people who have done CVC with others, it’s clear that Crowded Space Drones is clearly the best out there, at probably best price too!!! Worth it 100%

I have recently completed both the A2 CofC and the GVC courses with Drone Master Class, great courses and setup. Assisted when needed and was always available to discuss any areas of concern. Andrew conducted my Flight test today, great guy and happy to help and made me feel comfortable during the examination.

A great learning experience. I completed the GVC qualification which included an online learning package, the exam and then the practical. It was delivered professionally and the trainers were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

A throughly professional and enjoyable course, delivered with an acute attention to detail.

Great straightforward course with lots of good, well-structured content. I read through the course manual first, then followed up with the videos, taking my time ( which you can) and not trying to learn it all in one sitting. Drone Masterclass has been great to deal with and the exam at the end was less scary than I thought. I passed and can now fly my drone for the next 5 years. If you are thinking about it, then this well priced course is very much worth it.

A great learning package, with a student hand book and video’s that can be viewed as often as required.
The exam was completed over zoom in ‘exam conditions’ the only stumbling block was my own inability to use zoom correctly (problem solved with the help of my 13 year old son 🤣).
A great course, great value for money run / operated by people who clearly know their stuff. A++

The team at Crowded Space Drones provided a service that was second to none. From an extensive pre-event planning process that allowed the multi-agency partners to fully understand the operation and the safety measures implemented, their onsite delivery, flexibility and attitude to go beyond the needs of the client was refreshing to see.

Their knowledge of crowd management and mass gatherings was obvious in the positioning of camera views, picking up crowd movement or points of interest before the request was sent from control.

A benefit to any event and raises the safety of crowded places to new levels.
