Thank you for contacting us. We see you paid on the site using 'Amazon Pay' However the order has come up as cancelled from our end. We did check on this payment when you raised the issue with us. And Amazon confirmed that you made payment, but then stated that a cancellation was made by the customer. We see a cancellation is processing on Amazon, so we arent sure what happened other then a payment was made and then a cancellation was made straight after. This is why the payment from our side shows as not paid.

If there is an issue with your Amazon account to make payments we would advise to use an alternative payment method as we have many other options available.
