Have been using Vegishake for a while now. Prompt and fast delivery with excellent supplements that live up to their billing. I have used them to enhance my workouts and recover quicker and at my age this is important. Just a great all round experience.

Good products, I have bought Shiitake Extract from them. I also tried 6 mushroom mix extract, but the quality was not consistent with mushroom pieces instead of extract in the last batch I got.

I wrote to vegishake a while ago asking if they would deliver to Spain. I was told yes and it would be no problem.

I ordered a product worth 21 euros and vegieshake charged me another 14 euros for delivery which I thought was a lot but assumed that included import taxes.

A few days later I was informed by Spanish customs I needed to fill in a lot of paperwork so they could calculate the customs due. This took a while but I did it. I was then told I need to pay 35 euros customs so the total would have come to 70 euros for a product worth 14 euros.

I wrote to vegieshake who told me to read the fine print. It does indeed say that it is my responsibilty to pay customs.

I then replied to them asked them if they could make it obvious to future customers from abroad that this would happen by stating it in a more obvious place. They replied by saying that customs should not have wanted to charge me 35 euros. I sent them a screenshot of the bill. They have not replied. So I just want to make it clear to future customers that this might happen.

I have made it very clear to vegieshake that I do not want a refund - and to be honest I dont think they plan to give one.

I just want future customers to be aware.

Also I find it strange that they claim their product is organic and yet there is not organic certification on it.

I am sure they will reply with a different version of their story but the truth is that I do not find this company reputable and I personally found their customer service rude.

Whatever they reply to this comment just be very wary of the company especially if ordering from abroad.

I have spent a lot of time researching the medicinal mushroom market and finding out where different suppliers source their mushrooms. I chose Vegishake because they ticked all the right boxes. Their mushrooms are organic, wild sourced and of European provenance where possible. Their range, prices, delivery times and customer service are the best I’ve found and I recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for quality, reliability and value. I’ve been a regular customer for over a year now and hope to remain one for many years to come.

I have been ordering Bee pollen from Vegishake for several years.
As a Holistic Therapist who holds great value in the natural/organic world, I have found this company to be quite exceptional.
Their products are honest, pure & authentic.
Many other companies use fillers, binders and artificial preservatives.
Vegishake, by contrast, are free from all the above, contain NO nasties and have the Soil Association organic seal of approval which I believe is challenging to obtain. The quality of their Bee pollen is incomparable.
I have also found their customer service to be very impressive. I once placed an order for 500g of Bee pollen, only to receive 250g.
This was rectified within 24 hours of bringing to their attention.
Let’s face it, we’re all human and everyone can make a mistake!
