After sales were very efficient

Waited over 2 weeks for delivery of 6 items and the quality is very poor. Cheap Chinese printed clothing that looks nothing like what's on their website.

One of the items I ordered for my wife was meant to be a medium size 10 to 12, but it was more like a size 16 to 18 and was poorly made of cheap printed material.

I am going to request a return and refund, but I doubt that I will get one after reading other comments.

Avoid disappointment by not ordering from them!

Very poor quality cloths i order a ladies top but it came so thin and cheap looking not like the photo. The only good thing is I was given a full refund in 7days. Wouldn't order again currently trying to get my account deleted i have been told just to put their emails on blacklist instead of them removing my information.
They have had all the emails and information given around all this so why do I need to contact you again.

They do not sell as advertised. Poor quality printed crap. No embroidered items like it seems. Offer refunds and part refunds for no return of items so they know what they are doing. Avoid at all cost.

Won't let me onto the site says sorry you do not currently have the necessary permission to access site or this site my not be available in your region

i brought 3 polo shirts from this company, i ordered the wrong size and asked them if they would exchange them for a smaller size, they informed me the return postage would be quite expensive but they would send me 3 more shirts in the size i needed if i paid the postage and i could keep the three larger shirts which i did and i have just received the replacement shirts which by the way are a very good quality item.

No emails to let me no were my order hi or anything never yous them again

Fantastic service, called with a problem that was my fault and was immediately rectified, cannot fault a great service. Would 100 % recomend

Ordered a creamy white coloured three little birds hoodie that looked great on the images
Actually received a washed out white/bluey purple ( like it had been washed with jeans ) one and this has not got coloured stripes on the cuffs and is that shiny nasty material. The one in the advert looks embroidered but don’t be fooled it’s transferred and nasty
I sent an email as requested - they got back quickly and asked for the order number that I had clearly stated on my email.
Have not heard back yet ( 4 days)
Doubt I will now and I wouldn’t even give this rubbish to the charity shop… disappointed to say the least 🤷‍♀️
Today I did hear back and they promised to refund in full which they did so I have changed my one star to 5 stars because they actually do what they say they will

The shirt i ordered arrived in good order
The quality wwas very good and the decor stood out as a welshman supporting wales the dragons stood out im very pleased and would order again

Was very skepticalat first so ordered one king Kev t shirt, was so surprised at the quality I reordered a different one. Again quality was amazing and tops look so good. I’ve now placed an order for 6 more tops. I highly recommend these, very happy customer. Thank you very much

Ordered a jumper and it doesn’t look like the photo your advertising and the quality isn’t the best either

No correspondence (Invoice, delivery, etc), debit your account for the product, when you contact them deny they have taken your order, but was quick to take money from my account.... looking at charge back now....

Avoid... professional looking website, but a chinese scam....

Update....
Emailed that address, and supplied them with Credit card reference number, total amount, date of purchase could not supply any more details as they never sent me any invoice or any correspondence whatso ever.

Received the following response...

Your request（88028）has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

Following the above I received another email response from an unknown and unrelated chinese company (NOT quoting any reference to the above) who according to google manufacture and distribute automotive oil.... NOT clothing

This email Claimed they had not received my order and demanding all my contact details. Pray tell if they had not received my order and did not have my details how could they have charged my credit card for the order.

Obviously a scam of some sort.

I gave three stars for one reason only and that was the sizing. The quality and colours were wonderful. I ordered 5XL as that was the largest size. Unfortunately this size was tight on me where it should be loose. At UK sizing it was 4XL at best and more like 3XL. So if you want one they are good value if you order at least a size bigger than you usually take.
