Very bad experience with Croydon Property Maintenance.

I hired them to re-paint and re-pebbledash the front external of my property.

The finish was very dissapointing for the price quoted.

The main reason was scaffolding was quoted in the original price but never used, a basic ladder was used throughout instead which limited their reach,consistency and flow.

I raised this and a lower price was agreed upon completion.
However because of the price drop the job was hastily finished

When they finished I noticed all my external wring/cables wasn't chased back around piping and windows and now I have unsightly cables hanging low outside blowing back and forth onto the living room window in easy touch.

I called and emailed Terry directly numerous times sent him a picture of the issue to ask him to send his team back to put the wiring back the way they found it he has never responded.

The frontage of my property looks unsightly with wring hanging down that wasn't like that before Terry's team started works.

I now have to pay another tradesman to put the cabling back the way it was as it hangs dangerously low.

Carried out some landscaping for us. Very proffesional and well organised. Pleased with the work and would certainly use again.

Came out last year to clear my gutters. Had them back this year for same job and also to repair guttering as was a leak. Very professional and will be using again next year and for anything in between for sure. English isn't my first language and they was very understanding to me

Just had the team out to do my end of summer garden maintenance. Also did some tree surgery . Great job and professional as always

New roof at my property. The worry of haveing a new roof was scary until terry arrived and explained the process and promised will be completed in 1 week i had several qoutes and croydon property maintenance was most value for money thank you

I waited for two weeks before leaving a message as I had to wait for the rain. They came to replace my gutters and I have to say they have done an amazing work! I had few people repairing my gutters and after a day or two I had the same issues. They replaced my gutters at the back of the house and no more leaks or annoying drops noise. Very nice and friendly guys (Terry and father in law) and extremely reliable. I will definitely call them again if needed for other works. Best thing also was looking after their puppy on the day whilst they were doing the work. Thank you again for the great work much appreciated. We needed a drain inspection, as our previous surveyor had been unable to lift the drain cover. We were able to organise a date very quickly and easily, they were very flexible.
When they turned up and couldn't lift the cover due to cement, they were able to get the tools and return the same day.
Drain inspection completed, and the driveway looked as good as new
NO complaints - very grateful!

The team at CPM completed various maintenance tasks at my house. From repointing, gutter repairs and cleaning, fencing and a leaking Velux window all in one day. I would highly recommend them!

Jet-washed my block-paved driveway yesterday and it's never looked so good. Would definitely recommend.
