This company will promise you things like on board credit and will not follow through. When I called about it, my agent never called back and the agent I finally talked to told me it was my fault because I didn't call them enough and remind them. They did not come through with other services (putting in my cruise line loyalty numbers, putting in the celebrations we had on the cruise). I had to do all of that myself.

DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE From CRUISES.COM DIRECTLY!!!
We Bought the insurance through cruises.Com. We were unfortunately lost our house in hurricane Helene. A uninhabited home was covered under AON insurance. We filled all the paper work along with our other friends. It has been 6 mo. All I get is a request for more of the same paper work or someone else’s paper work . I continue to send the same paperwork in over and over it’s like 50 first dates! Cruises.com said we can’t help you we only sell it!! But they told the insurance company we took a credit??? I got a letter from Virgin Cruises that I did not take a Credit. And when you call them on it they hang up on you!
My advice get your own Insurance.

The website states to call in to make reservation for the free parking deal. It does not say there is a minimum cabin value amount required. The agent refused to give me the promo. I use cruises.com all the time. If I had known I could not get the parking promo I would have booked on line and not spend a 10-15 wait time for an answer over the phone. Very disappointing.

This is our 2nd time using Cruises.com. Both times have been Flawless. Sara is excellent and has been very responsive and helpful!
