This company is a hoax!!!! They are probably only good with one shipment after they start playing with the prices and not delivering on the agreement with the contract

The quote given was not even half of the final price. Crystal Car Shipping company was really nice on the phone and initially told me my car was $650 to ship from FL to Maine. Then they asked for my credit card. Once they had my credit card.... they called me a day later and quoted $1000 to possibly find a driver to take the car. I agreed. The following day, I decided I wasn't comfortable working with them. It seemed sketchy. I called and requested to lower my offer/"bid" and/or not go forward with the deal that was a week away. They didn't have a driver yet and no one would have been financially injured by me walking away from the whole deal. They refused and said I could not change my price and/or mind with using them. They would charge me $200 on my credit card if I decided not to use them. Not a reputable thing to do! Professional car transport companies allow you to make changes without charging your credit card. Buyer beware.

Aiden did his job diligently and was able to help me transport my son's inoperable Mercedes CLK350 car from Arlington, TX to Houston, TX. Although prices changed from one driver to the next because they have to find one that has a winch, I am just glad that it made it to Houston in a speedy manner. It was picked up at 3:30 pm and arrived in Houston the following day at 8:30 am. The cost to transport is still a little bit lower than the others. I just appreciate how Aiden patiently looked for a driver to transport the car. I just wished that I was notified when the car was picked up but it arrived to Houston quickly so overall the experience was great! I highly recommend this company!
