Impressed with all the COA’s (HPLC, endotoxin, sterility and heavy metals)
I've really been into peptides in the past six months and I've tried a lot of different EU brands, but honestly I have had the best experience with Crystal so far. I've made a couple of purchases from them already and the delivery was fast, products seem to work especially the Reta and GHK-cu. I have only one complaint and that’s with the PT 141 nasal spray which I’m not really happy with, this one I don’t recommend, no effects for me at least. Objectively the thing that impressed me the most is that the not only have the HPLC test for purity and identity which is a must obviously, but they also have included endotoxins, purity and heavy metals lab test which I have never seen other brands incorporate. Also they work with Janoshik lab test which is the gold standard in the industry so that’s bonus points. Overall great experience other than the nasal spray.

We are very sorry for your experience. We have contacted Poste Italiane regarding the status of your package, but we have not yet received a reply, so there is unfortunately nothing further we can do at this moment.
We can reassure you that your order was sent out on the day it was placed. However, to be completely transparent, deliveries in Italy have proven to be among the most difficult to track for reasons beyond our control.
Please rest assured that we would never scam anyone. If we determine that there is an issue with the package, we always offer either a reshipment or a refund, as many of our clients can confirm.

In general, we do not experience customs issues with other EU countries. However, Estonia—despite being part of the Schengen Area tends to have stricter customs procedures, which can occasionally affect deliveries.
In your case, it appears this was simply a matter of bad luck. The vast majority of our previous orders to Estonia (around 95%) have gone through without any issues, so this situation is not typical.
We truly hope this will not discourage you, and we would be happy to see you place another order in the future :)

Fast delivery, the products work, but for example, for the much-vaunted retartrutide, I started with 4 mg and it really killed my hunger in one day, the next day I was hungry again, so this product works but you need high doses, which is still very expensive.
