We had Abdel and Imran come from Crystal sigma to fix our broken AC units. Not only did they fix them but the service they provided was amazing, everything question we had they explained kindly and professionally.

I have re-written this review after having had a bad experience with the email/ comms team with this company. However, the operations manager then reached out to be immediately via email and apologised and said he would take steps to rectify the situation.

The engineers I have had contact with have been excellent (Imran and co) and the defective pump was replaced on the expected date.

Huge thanks to crystal sigma for servicing our air conditioning and im very happy with the results. Engineers Imran and Gabriel who came to costa Greenford was highly proffesional and patient and took the time to answer all of my questions excellent service highly recommended.

I dealt mainly with Yassir, who was an absolute champion throughout the process. He clearly understood the issue, offered practical options, gave honest advice, and kept the pricing fair and transparent.

The engineers were punctual and professional. Imran stood out as a very talented, solution-oriented engineer, and Gabriel was extremely helpful and thorough.

Overall, fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Our ac was broken after they explained what was wrong they cleaned them and they started working without any issues. We’ll make sure to call back for any kind of issues. We’ve had a contract for 3 years now. The most disorganised and irritating business… arrived unannounced to service the aircon 3 months early and then chasing 30 day invoice payment from the next day, Twice a day. Emailing everyone in our business. Calling repeatedly. Same thing last year. Get control of your invoicing team, they are a total nuisance! And the AirCon still doesn’t work.

I was hugely impressed with the service; from obtaining the quote to the final instal it was all completely painless and very quick. The installers on site were excellent, friendly and professional and extremely clean and tidy - we didn’t have to clean up after them at all. Overall very happy and would certainly recommend.

The fitters arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day, until they were fully satisfied that the unit was working as it should. They were very courteous and ensured that I was happy both with the siting of the unit and the operation of it. They worked very well as a team and afterwards left the room tidy and clean, as it was before. I can highly recommend this company.

I'd like to thank the Crystal Sigma team for the efficiency and professionalism shown throughout the whole installation process. Considering our house was undergoing a full refurb at the time, the Crystal Sigma team have carried out install work extremely fast, left no mess behind, were quiet and considerate to our neighbours and were very pleasant to deal with. We kept postponing the idea of having air conditioning installed for a long time, as we never thought we'd need it for longer than a week a year, but since we have had it installed, it really has been a life changer. Even though the temperatures have dropped now, when the sun hits our windows, our house tends to get hot very quickly which we are now able to control with our air conditioning and the house no longer feels stuffy and hot.

I would recommend air conditoning to anyone who is still contemplating it as it really improves the quality of everyday life. I would only ever use Crystal Sigma to carry out the works as they are not only very reliable but efficient and professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Wish we'd found them sooner.
