Crystal Windows & Doors Ltd Avis 

Fantastic company, we are thrilled with the windows - they are superb quality and look great. But honestly the customer service, the fitters etc made it even better. All really friendly. Really fair price too. Can’t recommend enough

We previously used Crystal back in 2018 for our lean-to upgrade and due to the excellent professional service we wanted to use them again.

Once again, we had a fantastic all round experience, the whole process from start to finish was superb with competitive prices.

From start to finish we had our new windows installed within 2 weeks which is just amazing.

Rich and Bill our fitters were outstanding and are a credit to Crystal with top class customer service and attention to detail with our install !!

Used Crystal twice in the last few months and first time was great. Quick installation and nothing to complain about. Second install was a bit more than a simple replacement job. Crystal were happy to measure and sell a window without knowing or indicating that it may be incorrect once removal of a bay window commenced.
The guys turned up and proceeded to rip old bay out. At one point they stopped to show me an issue with old window install and lintel that was too short. After advice from an architect the window was put in. Obviously these things cannot be assessed before seeing what was behind old window but at one point there was talk of not installing window, boarding up hole in order to make good the lintel issue and myself possibly having to buy a newly resized window.
I don't blame the fitters at all for this part but more the assessment and sizing and maybe crystal should do a bit more due dillengence before turning up and ripping stuff out.
Once window was fitted it all looked great but possibly the delay meant I wasn't told about the holes left in my house that gave direct access into the cavity for pests and weather. I also had to patch a few holes in silicone around outside.

Overall pleased with Crystal but maybe a bit more time and diligence is required going forward.

I have used Crystal Windows twice in the last 12 years. They provide a great experience from the minute they quote you, to the day they complete the install. The sales team are honest and very knowledgeable. There is no pushy sales, just friendly advice at competitive rates. Great product, professional service and excellent installation

I admit that when choosing a door manufacturer, I was guided by reviews, and I wasn't disappointed! My new doors look and work perfectly. Besides clear, friendly and fast communication, the company offers truly excellent service. I'm a demanding person, and I can honestly say that everything worked out well here, and the price-to-quality ratio is absolutely perfect. I recommend it.

We are very pleased with the installation of our new French doors and new back door. The process from order, to survey, to installation was very quick. The installation was efficient and professionally carried out.

I approached Crystal Windows and Doors after sales service team by email for help with a door latch sticking. The technician responded almost immediately and following further email correspondence throughout the same day eventually replied with a simple, sound solution that appears to have resolved my issue. No sales pitch, no expection of selling something new, just honest, free advice. You cannot expect or ask for more. Excellent service.

Love my new windows!

This is our 2nd time using crystal for our front door. You may be off put when you get a price but the product is excellent quality and fitted within a week !! Very satisfied with the service that we were provided.

Excellent service no pressure sales meant we could think. When the guys turned up they were polite and really quite quick leaving no mess removing all rubbish and best of all 4 lovely fitted windows. Will be using these guys at a later date when I have saved a bit more

Quick and easy service

Overall I had quite a poor experience with Crystal Windows and Doors. I had a sales rep provide a free quote which, included signing me up for a loan to cover the cost of the windows, which we did not consent to.

We detailed that we would pay upfront should we choose Crystal Windows. We did not consent to being signed up for finance and the sales tactics were very much in line of “I am just signing you up now to make it easier, you can call us to cancel in the next 7 days” I provided no approval or consent and I made this clear with the rep.

Job done to perfection. Looks great, and the new front door and side windows match completely with the windows replaced around the rest of the house over previous years by Crystal. A real high-quality finish, built to last, fitted expertly in a surprisingly short time; clean and courteous.
